they make it so convenient to pick out your shingles and sign all your paper work. you can go into the office, sign electronically or they will send someone to your home. their price was three to four thousand below what other roofers charge. I thought it was too go to be true but I was pleasantly surprised. the office staff is very nice and very helpful. the roofers cleaned up so your property looked the same when they left as it did before they came. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a roofer.

They are fabulous! They are good at what they do, patient, and come when I call. They are always willing to help and are so kind. They cleaned up after themselves and ordered extra shingles so my husband could redo the garage. They are extremely decent people. There was a leak problem with one flat area on the tin part (NOT the part they worked on), but they corrected it immediately and did not charge.

Frisby was great to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process. They finished the tearoff and reroof in one day. The crew was efficient and kept the work sight clean. They cleaned up the jobsite well after the work was completed. The roof looks good and has already weathered snow, wind and buckets of rain without any problems.

Frisby Construction put a new roof on my house in the fall of 2016. They are a wonderful company to work with. They are up front about their pricing. They had a 4-6 week wait to get the roof put on. They called me each week leading up to when it was put on to touch base with me and asked each time if I had any questions. The crew that put the roof on was very respectful and got the work done in one day. They removed the old roof before putting the new one on. They cleaned up very well afterwards. I walked around my house after they left and found almost nothing left behind, including loose nails. I was really impressed with them. They also followed up a day or two later to ask about the quality of the work that was done. I would absolutely use this company again!

Frisby Construction did an excellent job of installing our new roof during the summer of 2016. The workers provided quality work and were sensitive to our landscaping during the installation and clean-up process. I am very pleased with their work and the professionalism of their sales staff. Thanks Frisby!!!

The roofing team showed up as scheduled around 7am and started prepping work area, covering bushes. They had 2 roof layers taken off and into the truck within 2 hours. Very little spilled over to the ground. The house roof was complete by noon with good attention to sealing around the chimney and along the edges. They did the garage in the afternoon and were cleaning up shingle debris. They even went around the house with a magnet to collect any roofing nails on the ground. When they left everything looked good clean and tidy. Six months later, there are no leaks or problems. Very professional job, would recommend to others.

We made a contract with Frisby Construction to repair/replace our roof. The roof was damaged by a large tree and had also incurred some wind damage. We first made contact with Frisby in April of 2016. Our Homeowner’s Insurance is through Allstate. A claim was filed and approved.  I received a phone call late afternoon on July 6, 2016 that our roof would be replaced on Friday, July 8, 2016. The material drop would occur Thursday, July 7, 2016. I asked what time and was told it could happen at any point during the day. I cancelled all plans for Thursday to wait for the material drop and stayed home all day. It did not happen. Early Friday morning, 7:46 a.m. I wake up to two men on my roof removing my roof. I try to ask them what is going on and neither speak English. I have never seen these two men before. I immediately call Frisby and no one answers. I text the gentleman from Frisby, Jeremy, who was supposed to be our roofer. He responds to my text at 8:30 that he had no idea we were even scheduled for today. I finally get a hold of someone at Frisby and reassured that the materials are on their way. In the meantime more and more of my roof is being removed.  No sign of Jeremy, no sign of anyone from Frisby. I am starting to panic. One gentleman comes to my door and points to my roof and throws his hands up in the air. He is looking around. I assume he is asking about the materials. This is at 10:45 a.m. I call Frisby again and I text Jeremy again. At this point I am told the materials are two miles away. There is also a giant thunder storm moving in! We wait and wait and wait. The storm is moving in and still no materials. I call and text again.  At this point I am told the materials were delivered to the wrong address. I sent a screen shot of the weather report to Jeremy and ask what the plan is. Again I am reassured he will make it in time. My roof is down to bare wood, my house is literally open. I ask what is going to happen if it starts to rain, and I am told it will get covered. The storm hits and they didn’t even have tarps!!!!!! Water poured into our house, destroying photographs, children’s artwork, quilts, rugs, our bed, walls, floors and more importantly our spirit. The mold has sent my son into several asthma attacks. It has been awful.  This is just the tip of the incompetence iceberg. I could literally go on for hours. Our lives have been **** because of this company. The company, Dave Jr. specifically, and his brother Josh have repeatedly promised to “make things right.” They have not.  They will not. I have documentation of every interaction I have described here. I have documentation of the damage.  I have documentation of everything. A company is only as good as their word and this company’s word is garbage. Their promises mean absolutely NOTHING! We trusted them over and over again with the same result.

I would look elsewhere for your roofing needs. Frisby has no respect for your time and is very disorganized. When the contract was signed I asked if they will be covering all of the surrounding landscape so nothing would be damaged by their roofers discarding materials off the roof. I was told they would tarp all these areas to protect all surrounding areas around the house - well this didn't happen. When I asked the roofers to cover the areas, the only person who spoke English stated they didn't have anything to cover these areas with! I had to call their office because they were throwing materials off the roof and it was hitting and piling up on the air condition/heat pump unit. The roofers finished at dusk, so I investigated the roof more closely the next day. I found that the paint they used to paint the exhaust ports etc were painted with a brown spray paint. They were suppose to be painted black to match the roof (per their "contract"). Also found a dipped area in the shingles and a nail that was put through the drip edge. I sent an email to Candace specifically asking for a scheduled time where I could meet the roofer to go over and correct these issues. I was told someone from the crew would call me. No one called me (of course), so I called Candace and I was told the crew member went over to the property to evaluate and reported everything was okay - I was never notified like I had specifically asked to be so I could be present. So at that point I then verbally asked if we can schedule something like I had originally requested. I again was told a crew member would call me to schedule, and wait for it - of course no one called me to schedule. I became very busy with work so a few weeks went by before I was able to put more time and energy towards this daunting situation. I emailed Candace again about not hearing from anyone for weeks. I then was told I never had contacted them about any of this ..... Are you kidding me? Is this company that ignorant??? The original communication was in email!! At this point I was finally given a day and time for a roofer to meet me at the property, well the roofer was a no call no show - why was I not surprised? When the office was contacted about their roofer disrespecting my time with a no call no show, we were told the roofer was sick. Because of this illness we were told by Ashley that she would call us back that following Monday to reschedule. She never called until 4 days after her promised day to ask if we could meet the roofer the next day at either 10 or 11am - sure, why not, we can drop everything to meet your disrespectful roofer with little to no notice. We agreed to meet the next day at 11am. Now present day, Saturday, November 5th 12:33 PM still no roofer. Another no call no show! Remember he was suppose to show at 11AM. I think I need to start charging this company for my time! If you are thinking about using this company, don't! Once you are paid in full - which be careful, they will remove the money right out of your checking account automatically without notice the day after the shingles are down (it is in the small print on their "contract"), they will string you along and disrespect your time. I should have known this company would be like this when it took them almost a month to start the work, and they rescheduled the start date a few times creating issues with trying to schedule a day off work. Christian company? Yeah right.... I think they need to read the Bible that they hand out to everyone who signs one of their "contracts". I think the BBB will be notified of this Christian way of doing business.

It is awful...had a roof inspector come out because of the sagging in roof..didn't replace plywood... didn't caulk flashing, roof vent not straight or done correctly....the whole job stunk...the rating the licensed roof inspector gave it was poor to fair.....would never ever have work done by this so called christian based company...what a joke....can't get the owners to call you either.. I hired my attorney to take care of this horrible ordeal....

Not good. I called and asked for an estimate. The guy asked me to sign a paper and said I had to sign it so that they could speak with my insurance company. I asked to read it while he inspected the roof. Basically, it was a contract that they would replace my roof. There wasn't even an estimate written on it, but if I would have signed I would have been required to have them do the work and I would've had to pay them (even if I didn't agree on the price). Beware if they ask you to sign - don't do it!! I didn't and they came back with the highest estimate.

From the start, Dave of Frisby Roofing and Construction was a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to assure we received the best service possible. The house looks incredible with the new roof color and style that Dave recommended. My wife and I were out of town while the job was done and we came home to a beautiful new roof and no other sign that the crew was ever here. No shingle pieces. No stray nails. No trash. The attention to detail is much appreciated. From start to finish, it has been a pleasure working with Dave and Frisby Roofing and Construction. Thank you!!!!!

Tyler was very friendly and worked very well at replacing the damaged siding. He was very fair and even reduced my cost when he discovered the damage was not as bad as he thought at the time of the estimate and it took less time to fix than he estimated.

It went OK. But they did not do a good job cleaning up. Per I have roofing nails going through my gutter system when it rains really hard... Also the salesman was new so he did not mention the better shingles that owner presented to me later.. I did have them return to do a flashing on a window well that was part of the job that they did do originally...

Every part of the process was positive, from choosing the shingles at their showroom to the roofing itself. The roofer were courteous and efficient. They covered all plants and deck area. The clean up afterwards was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
