From the very beginning At Your Service instilled confidence in the quality of their work. They provided diagrams and accurate estimates of the cost and timing of the work. They were prompt, cleaned the area daily and were careful to avoid damage to our plantings. They were very respectful of our need to enter and exit our garage and ensured that the driveway was cleared of all debris and hazards every time we needed to use it. In the two instances when corrections were needed to their work, they went above and beyond our expectations to promptly cure the deficiencies. We have confidently recommended them to friends and family.

Once we could get past all the issues of weather and its impact on scheduling, the work went quickly and our roof was on in 1 day. The crew was efficient and skilled. The property and landscaping was protected and everything returned to its original place. We are thrilled with the work!

We had roof damage and worked wiht At Your Service Roofing to figure out solutions. They were extremely helpful and consultative regarding what they could do and what my options were as the home owner. They were also extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company and ensured I had a reliable 'voice' in the process instead of relying solely on my insurance company to dictate what was to occur. During the roof selection process, he was extremely patient and gracious as we struggled with what color and type to use. He even drove us around in his own truck to point out certain colors and styles that we were thinking about. They then scheduled the full roof replacement at our convenience. The actual work was done very quickly yet completely and reliably. We have little kids so were nervous we would find random nails, cigarette butts, debris, etc. once the work was completed ... this was not the case at all. They left the outside of our house as though no one was ever even there. One issue was that there was an accidental hole in the ceiling of our upstairs rooms. We called the supervisor once noticed and he immediately came out to inspect it. We (and he) still are not sure what happened, but this is a main reason why I would work with them again. If you do enough work ... something less than perfect will inevitably occur. My opinion is that how a company deals with an issue says much more about them then how great the work is in the first place. The supervisor was obviously apologetic and had a contractor out to our house very shortly after to fully repair everything and, again, was as though they were never even there. I now will not need another roof for many years, but have asked who they used for a contractor. I was so impressed with my roof work that whomever At Your Service trusts is who I want as a contractor for other projects.

Hire this company - They did an excellent job. Paul Jackson and his team installed a new roof on my house. His supervisor Chris was a pleasure to work with, answered every question I had, always called my sir. It took 3 days due to rain, but each night, Chris and his team made sure the area was clean, made sure all the old roofing material was placed in the dumpster. They even moved and protected my patio chairs and tables. They were so good, my neighbor hired them to do his house. At Your Service did an outstanding job. They removed the old roof, installed new tar paper, new flashing, new roof vents and of course new shingles at an reasonable cost. They also had a large selection of roofing colors to chose from. They were on time and started working the minute they arrived. Good company - hire them

They did a great job. Gutter downspout, which was completely clogged, was cleaned out even though that was not part of the contracted work.

We researched roof replacements extensively prior to contacting Paul Jackson from At Your Service. We were immediately impressed with Mr. Jackson's professionalism, knowledge of roofing, and invaluable insight. He answered all of our questions and concerns in detail and also assisted us in processing our insurance claim. He did the walk through with the claims adjuster and pointed out things we had missed in our own inspection. All of the supplies were delivered on time and staged very neatly. The job took a week to complete due to the difficult 12/12 pitch and the large area of the roof. The crew arrived when promised and the lead roofer was personable and professional. The hard working crew was also professional and meticulous in their clean up. We are positively delighted in every way with the work and the final results. More importantly Mr. Jackson reaffirmed our confidence that there still are professionals that consistently over deliver to the surprise and the delight of their customers. We would recommend Paul Jackson and At Your Service with complete confidence. Mr. Jackson distinguished himself and his company by promptly returning phone calls, responding quickly to all of our concerns and by giving us personal attention. He was on the site every day and was involved in every detail of the job. The crew was on time and courteous. The workmanship is exceptional. We have had several high wind storms since the install and the roof has done great. I will upload a photo of the roof after all the snow melts.

Great. They answered all of my questions and were able to help me along the way with anything I needed. They had a good selection of shingles to select from and our roof looks perfect.

A storm that came through our neighborhood in early summer. A week or so later a salesman named Chris from At Your Service Roofing and Remodeling knocked on my door and told me that he had been going through the neighborhood looking for storm damage on the roofs of the houses. He said he could see some missing shingles on my 15 year old roof and and suspected some wind damage may have occurred. He also thought that there might be some hail damage because of tears in my window screens and asked if he could check the roof for free and at no obligation to buy from him if he did find damage. I have never trusted contractors that go door to door looking for work, but he said he might be able to get me a new roof for next to nothing and so I decided to let him take a look. We set up a time to come back for the free inspection and he and his partner, Paul, arrived exactly when they said they would. A little later they came down from the roof and said that they did find damage and told me the next step in the process, which was to call my insurance company and set up a time for the adjuster to come out. I stalled on this part for a long time, a couple of months, because I was nervous about the whole deal. It just seemed too good to be true. During this time, I got a just couple of e-mails from Chris asking if I had any questions and if I was still interested. He was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions and assured me that everything was legit. I finally decided to move forward and call the adjuster. They told me that one of them would meet with the adjuster when he arrived, so I wouldn't even need to be home. They met with the adjuster who confirmed the damage and mailed me a check which I received about a week later. I then mailed a check to At Your Service so they could order the supplies and set up an install date. The roofers arrived on the date we set up at 8:00 am sharp, again exactly on time. The roofing crew was very quick and efficient. After they finished the roof the crew cleaned the whole my whole yard and went around with magnets to make sure they got all of the nails that may have fallen on the driveway or in the grass. It is like they were never even there. The roof looks great! Everyone from the salesman, to the owner, to the roofing crew were very professional. I almost never write reviews about anything but I was so impressed with this company I felt like they deserved a positive one. They basically added $10,000 worth of equity to my house and it costed me $500. Not only would I used At Your Service roofing again, I wouldn't use anyone else! Tom
