"Thank you for your comments. There was a flange repair completed on your toilet as well as a new tank to bowl kit installed. We did camera the sewer line and make a recommendation for repair, which was services that you approved. Since you did have to have another company also camera the line, we were more than willing to work with you on that. However, we are not willing to refund the entire service call, because other work was completed.
