Eddie was great to speak with right off the bat and described to me all the correct ways to get my gutter repair done so he really resonated with me as doing quality work. I had a lowball quote with none of the quality details and a very high quote that had the quality but not a realistic price given the scope of the work so I didn't want to go with those companies. Eddie delivered a price that was right on the mark in terms of work and value. His crew ended up being able to do the work earlier than anticipated and my gutter now looks a lot better and is functioning properly. The crew checked in with me when they arrived and did the work without leaving any mess in the yard behind, very professional. I will not hesitate to call them back for more work on the house.

The poet Maya Angelou said, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This is true for me and EMA Construction. I don't remember the tasks they performed, but I do remember liking them very much. My apologies for not remembering the details, but I am crystal clear on what is important, the work has long since been finished and I still remember that I was happy to have worked with them.

I accepted EMA's estimate and they installed the gutter covers. EMA was very professional, friendly and very knowledgable. Not only did they do the work in a timely matter, they called me after the work was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the work and the product. I wouldn't hesitate do business with them again.

Excellent! Eddie came out ready to take care of it but the weather was very uncooperative and chose to rain the whole day. This was on Friday but Eddie came back on Monday and replaced the defective downspout without me even noticing. We had communicated on Friday that whichever day was not raining and whatever was easier for him that he would come and replace it and I would not have to be home for it to be done. In the picture section below, note the mangled downspout that needed to be replaced, this is the bottom picture ending in 65. In the top picture you will see that Eddie replaced it with brand new and fixed it so it wouldn't come out and it ends in 67. Why their order was reversed, I don't know. This was the only thing I needed from the package I had purchased and it was worth every penny! Had I tried doing it myself, it still would've been a project five years from now.

After purchasing the deal, the contractor called and scheduled the appointment. But, then the weather wasn't good to work on the roof. So, he called me again and re-scheduled the appointment. Next time, he was right on time and performed the job to my satisfaction. He was very professional.

They were very professional. Had great ideas to solve a gutter problem we had. Due to a deck overhang, when they were finished, one of the downspouts had to be a bit crooked. I didn't like how that looked, so they asked me to send a picture on my phone. Within a couple of days they came out and fixed it for free. It took adding some elbows on the downspout, but they did this free of charge. Also, they cleaned up each day that they worked at my house. This type of customer service is hard to come by!
