Eddie Allen in particular went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was aware of how the process was going, on what they discovered once the work was started, and then shared the before and after pictures for final confirmation. EMA Construction provided very high quality work and were very professional. EMA Construction removed the deteriorated wood and replaced with new cedar, put in new screens, then stained the new cedar. The were very prompt in scheduling and completing the work and were very good in keeping us informed. We were very pleased with the end result and would certainly recommend them.

The James Hardy product is extremely pricey which drove the price of the job up, but all in all we are so pleased with EMA Construction and highly recommend their work. Our gutters were in dire need of attention and Eddie and his team came out the same week. Did an estimate, and then got a team over to our house that Saturday to complete the work. They were quick, efficient, and quite. There were 2 workers and they were able to complete the job that day. They introduced themselves and started the work right away. We have had 2 heavy rains since and the gutters work wonderfully!

The siding has added decades to the life of our home. Hardie Board requires special skills and the workmanship is excellent. The owner is easy to work with, he's honest and always available by text or phone. The job took longer than anticipated because of weather. Problems did come up when the workers would forget that we needed access through a door or garage.

Got an estimate and then...They worked with my scheduling problems. Came and did the work on the agreed date while I slept(work nights.) They got done and I am happy. A's for everything but the price(got no comparison bid)...but STILL HAPPY.

I hired EMA after researching several different companies and gathering multiple estimates. The work involved replacing deteriorated trim (soffit, facia, rake etc.) and new gutters/downspouts on the entire house. I was really looking for a small local company that relies on reputation. EMA was not the lowest bid but was the company I came away feeling the most comfortable working with. I was extremely pleased with the results. The work was performed to my satisfaction in a timely manner in spite of some extreme cold temperatures and weather conditions. There were minor corrections needed at the end which were addressed promptly. I enjoyed working with Jamie and Cannan throughout the project and greatly appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Had some communication issues at the beginning. Reattached my gutter and inspected roof and were very honest and I didn't need any other repairs. Thanks EMA !
