EMA Construction

The service went very well- I had multiple instances where I was impressed with little details. Eddie did all the quoting and project management- he worked around my schedule (I painted the house while the gutters were off). His team did a great job and we had a couple tweaks to the plan, after realizing I wanted something a little different. I upgraded the gutters to larger ones and they rerouted the old plan to minimize the quantity of downspouts. Looks super sharp. He dropped off samples for me to match paint to, the crew even hooked up my rain barrels- lots of details and I never felt "nickel and dimed". I'll definitely call Eddie next time I need work.

It was fine. I've used them a couple of times already. They provided a siding, gutter, and roofing section for us and I've had them out twice. Both times they've done just a minor repair at no extra cost.

Eddie fixed the siding and also caulked some nail heads that had popped out on the roof. He answered any and all of my questions, very personable and professional. My neighbor, Jason, recommended him and I would recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Eddie and started out by e-mailing him picture of the siding repair so he could see the scope involved. The actual repair was not extensive and he informed me they have a minimum charge for that work. I was OK with that and then told him about the shutters. He came out and measured, left some color samples and provided an estimate. After picking the style we wanted we placed an order with EMA. Due to workload they were running about 6 weeks out. At right about the six week mark Eddie called and wanted to know if he could install that day. That was a little too short notice for me but the next day was OK so his team came out and installed the shutters and repaired the siding. I was amazed at how good the color matched up the old siding after all these years. All the work was completed in one day. We did not have to be home since all the work was outside work. When we got home we noticed that one of the shutters was not square. I contacted Eddie and his guys came out the following week and made the necessary adjustment. Everything went good and looks great.

EMA construction came out in May to fix my siding and at that time did a wonderful job. Then I had my house power washed and the guy who did it disturbed the siding( builder did not do a good job siding our house) and the guy did not take ownership that the pressurer from the water caused the siding to be impacted by the intensity of the pressurer. I called up EMA and after some discussion they came out and fixed the places the power pressurer guy disturbed . What impressed me with EMA, the owner Eddie was he did ask me questions but did not hesitate to help me correct the problem instead of the blame game. Eddie took the stress off me and I deeply appreciate the customer service they gave me. Thank you EMA construction!!!

Very smoothly! Eddie was prompt with phone calls. He arrived on time for the job, made an assessment with me, with a nice explanation of the job. He fixed the damaged/fallen siding spot efficiently and at a very reasonable cost.

Our gutters were overflowing and washing out our mulch/landscaping. We have had several hard rains since the installation of the higher capacity gutters. They seem to have solved our problem...no overflow! The installers were respectful and did not damage our landscaping. Great experience!

EMA was very prompt. They came on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Workers were polite and neat. All was cleaned up and I could barely tell they were here except the work was done. I initially was not happy with the flashing color. As soon as I expressed my feelings they were accommodating and helpful. They came back the next day and replaced. Eddie then called to confirm I was satisfied. Overall a good experience. Will hire them again in the future.

E.M.A. installed several gutters along with Shur Flo Gutter Guards at my house. Their workmanship was impeccable. They are at the top of my list of contractors that I have worked with. I strongly recommend this company.

Our house needed new gutters and some other repairs. We originally looked at a large Gutter supplier but felt it was too high priced without getting any other areas of our house repaired. EMA was able to provide us with new gutters and provide removal of old and damaged wood siding. They did an amazing job and our home looks incredible. EMA was professional, prompt and reliable. The construction was done on time and everything was completed beyond our expectations. I am so glad we did not go with the high sales pitch gutter company because I would have paid only for gutters and not gotten anything else finished on the house. I would definitely use EMA if I have future construction projects.

Work was done on time and with high quality. The crew was friendly, professional, and quick to explain their work; which was important as we had no prior experience with the cement fiber board. Clean-up afterwards was quick and thorough. Outcome looks great and my wife and I were very pleased. Costs were competitive and met our expectations. Due to water damage to the two chimneys, this project became more involved than originally quoted. When the EMA team remaboved damaged siding, it was apparent that some of the chimney structure, and most of the plywood backing and siding would need to be replaced. EMA did a good job of communicating these developments to me. Eddie responded quickly with a revised estimate to complete the job, ordered the needed materials, and the crew was able to keep working. With all the issues they faced, EMA was able to complete this job in a timely manner. A strong team was assigned to this job, and the site leader (Jamie) was very knowledgeable and decisive at every new found problem. I would not hesitate to use EMA Construction for any future work.

EMA is great. They were priced competitively (mid point - 3 different quotes) and were referred to me by a neighbor. Seeing them on Angie's List just solidified I had made the right decision. I have since referred them to others (and have thanked my neighbor!). Give EMA a call!

This group was easy to work with and very responsive to our timing needs! Provided great service. We did not ultimately go with them for further work they had identified as we were able to get it done at significantly less cost via a friend, however, the package we purchased was well worth the cost, and I would feel no hesitation to use them for additional work when needed.

purchased the big deal for $149 for this contractor before Thanksgiving and was able to get an appointment today for the work to be done. original appointment was for 10 am and texted me that he would come by 11 am. once here, the rain stopped long enough for him to do the work. got his card, will keep him on my phone for any future repairs.

Great Service!! I would definitely recommend these guys. Eddie was a very big help in what I needed, where to find the siding, etc. Very easy to work with and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Appreciate everything he did.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was most helpful in providing what we wanted on a limited budget. I appreciated that he did not try to sell us what we did not need and could not afford at this time. I have every confidence he will be able to complete our repairs in a competent and timely fashion.
