He never called me even after calling him twice

Dan was ontime, gave us a very reasonable estimate and provided the service immediately. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him.

dry wall in basement + patching

Not good! I’m from Dayton area and they were just from Middletown, and said will not do work near or around Dayton. So they were quickly replaced!

I should have know it wouldn’t go well when he showed up a day early for the estimate and he never did get my name right? He didn’t fill all the imperfections, lots of spots were missed, left dust on walls and baseboards! He said the walls would be paint ready, not even close. Have to hire somebody to finish the job.

Decent job overall but the corners of the wall were not smoothed, so we still had to do some spackling and sanding after the job was "complete." The job seemed rushed. Cleanup was hasty and not thorough. We had to clean the floor, appliances, and cabinets in the work area.

Dan and his assistant Adam came out on very short notice and did the Ceiling texture repair and finish drywall work on my Master Bathroom in one evening. He fit me in, and worked very hard to complete the job for me. I can't say enough good things about Dan's effort and work. This really helped me out as I had a deadline to get the drywall completed so that my Tile Installer could start work on schedule. Thanks Dan! I'll call you again for all of my Drywall work.

Dan was quick to give the estimate and scheduled us in since we had a deadline. Dan and his crew showed when that said and completed within estimated time. This included cleaning up work areas. They did a great job. Good people to work with.

Drywall mudding and taping was excellent. The skim coating was fair to poor. It really should have been skim coated twice to remove imperfections. Completed job left mud on ceiling and around cabinets. I had to do clean up to remove and extra sanding to get smooth walls. I had Dan come back and re-do part of the walls that were the worst with bubbles and voids. Skim coating is not cheap because it is a lot of work. I expected smoother walls for the money.

Excellent work. Reasonable price. Done right away. Was able to match existing ceiling paint and texture. Couldn't tell there was any water damage.

We were not pleased with them. Well, the owner was fairly professional. The work was not high-quality. They left a complete mess in a good portion of the house of plaster and stuff all over the drywall finishing that they did. There were tool marks and nicks all over the wall that I had to patch before I could paint. They left globs of plaster drying in various locations. They didn't cover all of the locations. The corners were done poorly. We were just not happy with the results for what we paid.

Dan responded immediately when I left a message requesting an estimate. He came out on July 4th to see the job, provide an estimate and schedule the repair. He and 2 others completed the job in an efficient and timely manner with a fantastic end result. Dan is a great person to work with. He's honest and conversational. I would definitely recommend his company.

Excellent, Dan arrived a little later than expected but did an excellent job repairing my ceiling. He's cordial, polite and very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire him again!

This is a family-owned business. Dan was great. He was prompt, professional, and did a perfect repair for a fair price. He was in and out in less than one hour. I contacted other repair places, but none of them was motivated to do a small job like ours.

I called Dan on a Friday and we scheduled for him to come to the house to give an estimate Monday morning. When he came, he gave me an estimate and said he could complete the work that day, if that worked for me. I was thrilled to get the work done so quickly. He ran to get materials and then completed the job within 3 hours. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job was done. Would definitely hire him again!

Dan came down the day I called, gave me an estimate on the spot. We scheduled a day for the work and Dan showed up on time. Completed the job within 3 hours. Everyone else I contacted --1) the took a while to come. 2) they did not give me an estimate while here and 3) they were much more expensive than Dan.

I cannot say enough great things about Dan! I requested a quote Tuesday morning and he called me back early evening. I explained what i needed done and he said he could do it Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving). I've requested quotes from multiple contractors for various jobs since purchasing our new home. Unfortunately, 75% of them never reply to your request. This is not true with Dan! Everything was completed in less than 24 hrs and it was a great surprise for my wife when she arrived home from work. I will recommend Dan in the future to all of my friends. He was courteous, professional and most importantly, affordable!
