Klein's Lawn and Landscaping

It rained after the overlay was done which created a wave like look to the driveway. They came back and put down another material to correct the overlay. We now have noticed white spots and black tire marks. The sidewalk next to the drive is now changing color as well. We have tried power washing and driveway cleaner to remove the stains and nothing has worked. We sent him a letter in August telling him the problem and requesting that he redo it. We sent another letter in September telling him we would contact the BBB, Angie’s List and other outfits as it was clear that he was unwilling to come back to correct the work. After we sent the second letter, he offered to supply us contractor-grade driveway paint that has a sealant in it to cover the driveway. After looking it, we don’t think this is something we would like to do.
