They are excellent and they also offer a senior discount which is nice. With the hybrid car I have, I want to make sure the person who does them maintenance knows what they are doing. The dealership was close by and easy to access. We liked how they dealt with people when they were purchasing their vehicles. It took about 2 or 3 hours to complete the purchasing the car and their pricing is within range of everyone else.

It was a little bit expensive. I don't really meet the mechanics much. The administrative people that I talk to are nice. Overall quality is excellent. We don't really talk to them a whole lot. We never really ask a ton of questions, but they tell us if something is wrong. The car has always run very well.

They seemed to do a good job. My brakes did not squeal after the job was done. I did not have to wait that long, only about 2 hours. They offered me coffee, donuts, magazines, and a television to watch while I waited. They did look over the rest of the car to make sure everything else was okay and recommended certain repairs with in the next year.
