WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR HOME THEY WERE TERRIFIC. WE HAD A FLOOD DUE TO SUMP PUMP FAILURE, AND A PIPE BROKE IN AN UPSTAIRS BATHROOM WHICH CAUSED 1ST FLOOR FLOODING IN ONE SECTION OF THE HOUSE. THE ONLY THING IM NOT HAPPY WITH IS THAT THEY CANCELLED OUR INSURANCE AFTER OUR MOST RECENT CLAIM, THEY JUST DROPPED US. WE HAVE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE FOR EMERGENCIES, ISNT THAT WHY WE PAY THEM? I WOULDNT USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE ID BE SCARED STIFF THEYD DROP US FOR PUTTING IN A CLAIM.
