Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
J. LEONARDI CONSTRUCTION LLC was scheduled to replace two top wood beams in my two car detach garage on Saturday August 8, 2015 at 10:00am. He did not arrived until 5 hours later after I had email you guys (Home Advisor) and cc him. It���s too early to rate his work that���s why I���m only giving him two stars, I did notice that the wires were not attached back on beams efficiently and I gave him only one star for customer service because he was so late. I had wrote him off and did not think he would arrive.

"Sometimes weather plays a big part in this business. It can cause delays and force us to reschedule. We do our best to keep to a tight schedule at all times. On this particular day a message was left with the customer on the phone number we had letting him know we were running behind. Unfortunately we learned later that this was a work number and the customer did not receive it. The job was completed efficiently with high quality. Upon leaving the customer stated and showed appreciation for the level of service. We value all opinions and appreciate the feedback. We will strive to make sure we have better communication in the future."

Heating Cable for Roof Installation
Josh was on time and he and his crew were very efficient. They did a few extra repairs not contracted and when they left cleaned up and removed all scrap. He also replaced two leaking sky lites in addition to the roof heaters. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The specific job was not roofing repair, but gutter replacement. Was a little pricey. I didn't shop around. But I know this man's work from previous roofing job that was done perfectly. He missed our first appointment because he is very busy. I wanted to get the problem fixed right away because of so much rain and water coming into dining room damaging wall. He is excellent at identifying the problem.

Josh met me quickly for an estimate. He showed up on time. Once I decided to go with him, he scheduled me quickly to do the job. I had a leaking garage flat roof. He replaced my roof and after many hard rains, I have no more leaks. His crew showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up perfectly. They also used quality material. Josh met me after the job was done to see the work his crew did. I would highly recommend this contractor should you need a flat roof replacement . I look forward to hiring Josh for future projects.

Not every job goes perfectly. Mine was a bigger job than I thought. After an initial issue, the job was finished quickly and brilliantly. They return calls and communicate effectively. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone without reservation. Fair transaction. Fair price. Materials used were better than most contractors use too. Great work!

They replaced the fascia board on my home and garage. They were quick to start and finish the project. At this time my only comment on the quality of the work is that it looks like it was done correctly. If you don't see a follow up on this, then you can assume it was done right.

PVC Gutters - Repair
The day I noticed the sagging gutters from all the snow and ice Josh immediately came out within 20 minutes. He happened to be in the neighborhood. He reattached the gutters temporarily and inspected ll the others. I then opted to have them replaced because there were issues all around. I would recommend the company. The only thing is they did haul away the other gutters but failed to really clean the dirt and residue from detaching the old gutters.
