D&S Automotive Collision and Restyling

I purchased a spray-in bed liner for my fiance as a Christmas gift this past year. I was so excited about it because he had been talking about getting one for more than a year. Once the weather broke, we took the truck in to get an estimate on some additional work that needed to be done due to rust in the bed. They said that they would patch it on top, but didn't want to pull the bed off "because you always end up finding more problems." So their solution was to repair the surface of the bed and let it continue to rot out from underneath. My fiance was willing to pay them for their labor, but they didn't seem to want solve the problem. He told them that if they weren't going to fix it right, he would do it himself. They scheduled him for this past Monday to bring his truck in. He spent all of last week pulling the bed off of his truck, having patches and reinforcements for the cross members cut and welding them in place, painting a Chassis Saver rust inhibiting paint on the underside, and putting it all back together; finally finishing ta 2 A.M. Sunday morning. When we got there to drop the truck off Monday morning, we were told that the appointment for the bed liner wasn't until Thursday; they had him scheduled for the repairs - which he had told them he was going to do himself. We had to rearrange schedules to get his truck there Thursday. We were told that the truck would possibly be ready Thursday evening. We got a call that it wouldn't be ready till 9:30 a.m. Friday because they were having equipment problems. He got a ride out there around 10, and was then told that it wasn't ready yet. He FINALLY got his truck back at 11:45. Apparently the liner is decent, but I haven't seen it yet. I am SO deeply disappointed. This "gift" has been nothing but one headache after another. Never again will I use or recommend this place.

Terrible after the receptionist called for a sales man 3 x no one showed up after 15 min. I left. I will never go back there again. I have told every one I know not to patronize this establishment.

I called D&S to schedule an alignment for my truck after another supplier botched the installation of a leveling kit.  The reasons I chose D&S are that they install leveling kits, so they would be familiar with what I needed done, they were recommended by another supplier and they had all "A" reviews here.  I spoke to Sean and he was very nice and I scheduled an appointment for 8 am on a Monday.  He said that it would take 1-1.5 hours.  I arrived at 8 am on Monday and met with Sean.  He restated that it would take 1-1.5 hours and I had a seat in the waiting room.  About one hour and 20 minutes later, Sean told me my truck was ready.  I paid the bill, which was the price I was quoted on the phone, and headed to work.  Once on the freeway, I noticed that the steering wheel wasn't straight when the truck was traveling in a straight line.  I turned around at the next exit and went back.  Sean was behind the counter when I returned and I handed him my keys and explained what was wrong.  After approximately another hour in the waiting room, Sean told me it was fixed and he apologized for the mistake.  Their price was competitive and it appears the alignment is correct.  I just wish it had been done right the first time.

Kris Curtiss greated me very warmly. I asked the questions of the above services and was given a prompt response with no pressure to purchase. I had the work completed as scheduled and very satisfied. Note: the antenna on my truck was removed and he called right a way and delivered it to my house.

Our front window was cracked and having it replaced, the vendor refused to install it because of the amount of rust on the side beams due to having the window replaced incorrectly last time it cracked.  We dealt with the insurance company and they agreed to repair the rust and have the window replaced after the rust was corrected.  We called D&S at 5:00 that day and they managed to get a tow truck out to the house and carry the car away within half hour and they next day Randy contacted us with a game plan and worked with the insurance company. We were going on a 3 week vacation and they agreed to work on the car and keep it till we returned.  When we went to pick up the car when we returned, they had to cut out the side supports for the roof and replace them and paint them and reglaze the front panel, roof and back panel because of the construction of the car.  They had photos of the repair and showed them to us.  They call us while on vacation to keep us informed of the progress.  They were very professional and timely on the repairs.  They kept us informed of the progress.  They insurance picked up the entire bill due to the safety hazard of the rust on the front window.

My insurance provider used D&S when repairing my vehicle and handled all of the interactions with the garage. As such, I can't speak to the soft sides or cost of the business, only to the quality and speed of the repairs.I have no complaints on the quality and the repairs were done quickly, though I have not tried the AC because it's still winter. The car looked like new when I got it back. No complaints.

They were great to work with and the work was done in a timely manner.  We did have to pay for some of this repair out of our own pocket since the other driver lied to us at the scene and ended up being uninsured after she asked my husband not to call the police so she wouldn't get a ticket.

They are really great. I trust them and I know that they would never tell me I need work done that does not need to be done. The price is fair and the work is great

I chose them because I worked with their sister company and because of their reputation.

CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WHEN DOING MULTIPLE THINGS. QUOTED COMBINATIONS THAT COULDNT BE DONE. WORK WASNT COMPLETED - AT PICKUP THEY FORGOT THE BUG SHIELD. WE PAID FOR AN OVER RAIL LINER, BUT IT COULDNT BE DONE BECAUSE OF THE COVER BUT THEY DIDNT FIGURE IT OUT UNTIL WE RETURNED IT A THIRD TIME. THE COVER NEEDS TO BE REATTACHED AFTER ONE MONTH. THEY DONT SEEM TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS.
