They are very good. I go all the time to them, every year. Anytime, I have had any kind of an emergency they have always been able to take care of it. They are very friendly and helpful. They are very professional. They have several doctors that work there and I have worked with several of them. They are very good with the animals.

I have the highest degree of respect for the Doctors at this facility. Dr. Frazier cared for our Sheepdog when we lived in north Mentor in the late 80s.
Prices seem high, though we only recently moved back her from northern Wisconsin. I am not certain whether their prices are high, or costs for Veterinarian care here are just higher than in WI.
I have had repeated problems with the professionalism of his front-office. I have spoken to the doctor about specific instances where the person on the phone has been rude or unhelpful.
Having had the issue for the third time today, I have decided to look at other vets in the area.

They are a little bit high and you have to pay for your visit that day. They do not do any billing or anything like that. My dogs love going there and it makes it worth it. They get us in when we need to and they are good at calling back to see how the dogs are doing.

The staff here is friendly and responsive. Our veterinarian is Dr. Surovi who obviously cares about her patients and their owners. She is gentle and understanding when treating our pets. One of our dogs is 14 years old, and she is healthy and active under Dr. Surovi's care.
