Attic to Basement Estate Liquidations

Frank and Gina were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, punctual, pleasurable, communicate very well, and perform exactly as they say. My wife and I were moving my mother-in-law to an assisted living facility after her husband passed away and we were looking for a company that would come into the home and take care of the removal of everything and leave the home clean. They did all of that and at a reasonable price. They gave us a time table estimate of when they would start and finish the work. They started on time and finished ahead of time. I would highly recommend them. Attached is a picture of how clean they left one of the rooms. This is only an example of one room but all of the rooms, including the basement, were left as clean. Simply put they were superb. Attic to Basement took the stress out of our move--they performed an on-site assessment, communicated the fees/timetable, and were extremely professional. Attic to Basement not only gave us a fair return on some of the lovely pieces we no longer needed in our new home, they donated other items, and removed the "bad and ugly". On the day before we closed the sale on our house in Ohio, as the team swept, vacuumed, and removed the final piles of junk we had accumulated over the years we remarked "this is the best money we have ever spent". Weeks later we would learn more about the character and trust of this organization when I called Frank in a panic as our moving company had failed to pack a hidden jewelry drawer in a dresser that Attic to Basement removed from our house. Frank immediately went to the warehouse (on a Saturday no-less) and searched for the dresser with the hidden drawer (thankfully it was still in the shop), unwrapped the dresser to find my jewelry and arranged its return to me. We would highly recommend Attic to Basement.

They did a fantastic job in getting everything out of my mother's home. Even though we thought we went through everything to remove all photos and other family memories, they found some we missed and kept these for us to review. They could have easily tossed them and we would have never noticed. This showed me they took great care in removing items. Some things could be sold, some could be donated and other items simply trashed. I believe they did a wonderful job in getting everything they could to someplace it could be used. Simply trashing it would be the last resort. They priced their services very fairly, were always professional and respectful and completed their work ahead of schedule. I simply could not be happier with their service and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family or friends needing this service.

They were fantastic! They were prompt to reply, gave a detailed estimate after walking through the houses with us, were extremely professional, completed the work in a short window of time, and left each house in immaculate condition. Above that they responded to all questions with honesty and compassion.

Attic To Basement did a fantastic job for us. 

--they were excellent for the following reasons:



1)  punctual - over the course of the estimating process and liquidation, I met

with them 4 times - they were exactly on time for every meeting. 



2)  met their commitments - what they said they would do, they did



3)  very thorough - they reviewed every item in the home in developing their

estimate (took almost 3 hours in their review)/ they did a complete job of clearing out

everything



4)  simple contract - a very simple, one paragraph contract



5)  delivered = estimate - their charge was the same as their estimate - no

additions or adjustments to the estimated charge (even though we added work

after their estimate had been completed and they should have rightly added to

the charge).  They also had difficulty with getting one piece of furniture out

the basement - and that is an extra wall had been added after that piece

had been moved to the basement - again, no extra charge. 



6)  fast - they cleared the house in the 2 days that they predicted



7)  clean - they did an excellent job of cleaning the house after they completed

the job (sweeping / vacuuming, etc.)



8)  quality / hard-working - my impression is that they work very hard to do the

job right, and to meet the expectations of the customer.  They really want

satisfied customers. 



9)  excellent price - for the amount of work that had to be done, the charge was

very reasonable (we were pleasantly surprised at the charge)
