We are a full liquidation service, we empty the house, garage, out buildings, etc..., leaving the house broom swept. We charge to remove disposal and donation items and credit against the cost for the items we can sell at local auctions. We do not offer an Estate Sale service or purchase household items unless part of a full liquidation. Preview our website for more detail. No payment of deposit needed up front. Payment is due when job is complete and customer is satisfied with result. We accept all forms of payment. Note: items of value can outweigh the cost to remove donation and debris resulting in a payment to the client.
We offer full or partial estate and business liquidations. We clear out attics, basements, closets, drawers, even the refrigerator and leave the property in broom-swept condition. We are the best choice when you have household debris as well as items of value. Items of value off-set the cost of a clean-out. We also purchase your quality used furniture or equipment. We offer on-site auction services when appropriate., garages

"Dear [Member Name Removed], you were a great customer and we very much appreciate the wonderful feedback!! Frank and Gina"
Attic To Basement did a fantastic job for us.
--they were excellent for the following reasons:
1) punctual - over the course of the estimating process and liquidation, I met
with them 4 times - they were exactly on time for every meeting.
2) met their commitments - what they said they would do, they did
3) very thorough - they reviewed every item in the home in developing their
estimate (took almost 3 hours in their review)/ they did a complete job of clearing out
everything
4) simple contract - a very simple, one paragraph contract
5) delivered = estimate - their charge was the same as their estimate - no
additions or adjustments to the estimated charge (even though we added work
after their estimate had been completed and they should have rightly added to
the charge). They also had difficulty with getting one piece of furniture out
the basement - and that is an extra wall had been added after that piece
had been moved to the basement - again, no extra charge.
6) fast - they cleared the house in the 2 days that they predicted
7) clean - they did an excellent job of cleaning the house after they completed
the job (sweeping / vacuuming, etc.)
8) quality / hard-working - my impression is that they work very hard to do the
job right, and to meet the expectations of the customer. They really want
satisfied customers.
9) excellent price - for the amount of work that had to be done, the charge was
very reasonable (we were pleasantly surprised at the charge)
