I've been using them since 2006. They're outstanding and they do a great job. The guys are always professional and good guys. Bruce is a really nice guy and even came out on a holiday in the Summer to fix my A/C unit.

They were excellent, showed up on time, work efficiently and they left the .Job neatly.

They got me a new furnace within 36 hours. I've been a customer of theirs for 20 years. They are just great to work with. Trustworthy, responsive, and I've referred them to friends.

Our small forced air furnace in our recently purchased home had been intermittently been shutting off and we had two other companies out to look at it. After a cursory look they had concluded that our heater was too old and rusted and probably leaking carbon monoxide, so we shouldn't use it and needed to replace it.
72 Degrees came and gave the furnace a thorough inspection, removing the rusted outer panels to get a look at the interior of the furnace, to the part that theoretically would have been leaking carbon monoxide. They found that this part was actually in good shape and not a risk. Later installation of a carbon monoxide sensor confirmed that indeed it was not leaking carbon monoxide. They then looked at the signal coming from the thermostat and discovered that it was the cause of the erratic behavior. A new thermostat was all we ended up needing.
We greatly appreciated them taking the time to do a thorough job which saved us from spending a lot more money unnecessarily.

He arrived promptly, was courteous and knowledgeable.
His estimate for the necessary labor and installation was very fair.
I needed some extra ducts which he amended into the estimate.
I expect him to replace my current furnace in the month of June, 2014.
