Bob was referred to us by another appliance repair provider because he was booked up and said Bob was a service provider he trusted. Bob came over and was very friendly and professional. He knows his business well too. Very knowledgable. He diagnosed our issue as a bad motor in our dryer and was able to get the part and came back and installed it for us same day.

Bob Collins, the washer repairman, was on time, very pleasant and professional. Only complaint-a bit pricey.

Previously described. It could not have gone better!

Called Bob on Friday. He stated he would be out at 10:00 AM on Monday. At 9:55 AM there is a knock on my door and it is Bob. Showed Bob the problem, which was water not dispensing out the door. He removed part of the door and found the problem. The best thing of all was that he said he had the part on the truck. I'm never that lucky. Anyways. the part was installed and the dispenser works perfectly. FYI: Bob is a gentleman and knows his stuff. You can't go wrong when you have Bob make your repairs.

Bob arrived on time. He is very personable. Showed him the Garland stove. He removed the griddle to have it sandblasted. A few days later he returned with a perfect, clean griddle and reinstalled it in the stove and it works perfectly. I have utilized Bob's talents twice. Both times with excellent results. You can't beat this guy.

Arrived about 10 mins early. Very nice! Explains everything thoroughly. Quick to repair! Would recommend over any other company! Total cost was the cost for bigger companies to come just look at my dishwasher!

I called Bob to have him look at a Samsung fridge/freezer, an Electrolux washer/dryer pair, & a Frigidaire fridge/freezer. The Samsung is beyond hope - the computer crashed & he was very honest in saying even if he could locate the part, he would not put it in - it just isn't worth it. He completely checked & cleaned my washer/dryer set for me, & looked at the Frigidaire ... all for less than $100. He was here not quite 2 hrs. I called him again to look at another fridge that just crapped out, he was out the next morning, found a short in the compressor (again, not worth repairing) & refused to take money for the trip out. It's very refreshing to find such an honest, professional, amiable, & punctual person - I will absolutely call him again & refer him to others!

Bob didn't have parts on his vehicle for the Maytag I have but 2 days later he did...he was awesome...just as before!

Went very well, he came diagnosed the problem immediately and maintained a professional demeanor as i had a temper tantrum on the phone talking to the worthless homeowners warrantee company that made excuses for not covering my dishwasher. Bob was excellent and recommended many options including a stop gap measure i elected to do on my own. I would definitely recommend him for future service.

He ended up contacting the manufacturer and finding out what was available and got back to me with an estimate to repair. I ended up electing not to have the repairs done but he was fantastic. The service was very timely (I called on Monday and he was out the next morning).

He was very punctual - same day service. I called in the morning, said my son had a piano lesson until noon, I arrived home at 12:04 and he was at the house waiting! He diagnosed the fridge, replaced a relay, and had it up and running in 20 minutes.

Bob is a first rate appliance repairman. He diagnosed the problems with our appliances right away, ordered the parts, and was able to get our dishwasher fixed, but we are still waiting on a part for our stove from Jenn-Air. We also had a broken handle on our dryer that we already had a new handle for, but couldn't figure out how to get the handle on. Bob replaced the handle on the dryer at no charge. Bob also had no problem coming out to fix our dishwasher even though the part for the stove was not in yet, and he will come back out to fix the stove once the part comes in, without charging us an additional service call. Do yourself a favor - if you need an appliance repairman, call Bob. You won't be disappointed.

Bob looked over the situation with my refrigerator, quickly trouble-shot the problem, verified it was working correctly and adjusted the settings...all is well!

Provider was there when he said he would and did a very good job. I have used this provider in the past and found him to be reliable,dependable and very reasonable.

Bob's tenacity in finding a solution to our problem was outstanding! In addition, he is punctual and neat. He evaluated the system, found the problem, and worked for a few weeks to find a suitable replacement part. When the part came in and he tried to install it, it did not fit correctly. Bob took it home and reworked it to the needed specifications and it works better than ever.

It went great. Bob kept me informed about the part he had to order to fix my fridge and he shopped around to several suppliers to save me money on the part. I will use him in the future for my appliance repair needs.

We noticed food was freezing in the meat and vegetable bins in our refrigerator. We called Precision Appliance which we found on Angies List. Bob came out that day, exactly as he said he would. He was courteous, friendly, and professional in getting down to business. He quickly ascertained what the problem was and called the supplier for the part. It was going to take over the weekend to get the part. We told him of our need to leave for vacation and he had his supplier "next day" the part. Bob came back promptly the next morning and installed the part. He also checked out the entire fridge to make everything was in working order. we found Bob very knowledgable about this fridge and he answered any and all of our questions freely. We definitely will use Precision Appliance again when the need arises. We would grade the entire experience A+++.

I contacted Precision Appliance on a Monday and Bob (the owner) was at my house that Thursday. Bob identified the issue within a few minutes and the end result a new ice maker was needed. Bob indicated he did not have a replacement in stock and ordered a new ice maker that day. The ice maker arrived the next day and Bob came and installed the new ice maker. I was very impressed with Bob's flexibility to work with my schedule and the responsiveness of his service. In all it took less than a day to get the issue resolved. I would definitely use Precision Appliance in the future.

Excellent! Already told my story, but here it is again. There was ice forming in the bottom of my freezer. The repairman knew exactly what to look for and he had all the equipment to clear the iced clogged water drain. He even knew to add a small amount of bleach to the drain hole to prevent any mold from further clogging the drain. He was here for about two hours. He told me there were no defective parts, (what a relief), just a frozen shut water drain. He was good about telling me what he was doing and why, and he answered all of my questions clearly. He was pleasant, friendly, and had a very positive demeanor. Upon leaving, he told me his work is guaranteed and if there should be any more problems with the icing, he would come out and fix it. He is bonded and insured, a good thing to look for in a repair service. He left my kitchen clean and neat, which I greatly appreciated. He seems to have a very well organized, "please the customer" type of business, even taking calls from other customers on a tiny ear piece type phone while he worked. He has worked on his own for the last five years, having had many years experience in the appliance repair business prior to going it alone. Because we chatted a bit and because he paused for the two calls that came in, he charged me a bit less than he might have. I thought that was really considerate. His basic service call is a very reasonable $29.95, already printed in advance on each invoice. This is my first time using this company and I will certainly call them again when needed. This is a AAAA++++ BUSINESS! UPDATE: About two weeks after the repair, ice began forming again, so I called the business. Without hesitation, he was at my house the very next day, did a further repair at absolutely no charge, and assured me that that should take care of it. That was nearly four weeks ago and NO NEW ICE has formed! Again, this is an A#1 business!

It was a great experience from start to finish. He was prompt, courteous and professional at all times. He did what he said he would do, arrived on time, came back when he had the part as he said.
