They did a really good job. They were not the lowest price; they were a little bit higher.

Sean and Matt are two of the best contrators I have ever hired and I have hired many in the past.    The job went smoothly and turned out beautiful.  Will hire again if needed.

They came and gave us an estimate, we gave them the job, they showed up and completed the work and we are very pleased with the outcome...

This is the second time we are going to be using them. They are excellent.

The quality of the work was great. The workers were all professional and were a pleasure to work with. They had to open up the back of the house and start from there. The weather was not good at times, which extended the length of time to complete the job. The electrical and plumbing was sub contracted and I was billed from the tradesmen separately.  This was not included in the quote.  The electrical people were not the best to work with . . .the plumber, however, was wonderful.  He was a hard worker. The drywall workers were also good.

They were very quick in responding and did most of our communication by email which was helpful.  I thought they wee a little expensive but the did a good job.  The job was delayed which was aggravating.  But when they began they go done fairly quickly.  It took a little longer to fix some little details.

I was very pleased with Hansen Restoration.  Very professional, courteous and conscientious.  The job they did was outstanding and I get a lot of compliments on my basement.  The job took longer than quoted but otherwise everything went very well.  I would especially like to acknowledge Matt (Skinny) for always being on time, staying late to get the job done and for doing such a professional, wonderful job.  All of the guys... Matt, Mike and Corey were great to work with.

Hansen Restoration Inc. is the most professional contractor I have ever used.  Jim Hansen, came the day we called and gave a free estimate.  It took a little over a week before they started working.  Grant Hansen came and removed toilet, sink, carpeting and floor boards in about 3 hours.  The plumber, Pat came removed old plumbing and installed new plumbing in a very timely fashion.  Everyone who came to our home through Hansen Restoration were skilled craftsmen, who worked all the time they were here, very professional, and respectful of us and our home.  A 2 week delay occurred because they had to special order our shower unit.  This was beyond Hansen's control.  I expressed frustration with that and they responded immediately by doing everything they could so that we would be satisfied customers.  Once the shower unit was in, Grant and Matt installed it.  Matt finished the job by installing the ceramic tile, new floor board and tile etc. in a very timely fashion. We would call Hansen Restoration again to do work on our home.

We did not go with them, but they were very nice and professional. The price they quoted us was $4000. They canceled our appointment a couple of times, but when they showed up they were very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Hansen Restoration did an absolutely wonderful job. They were punctual and professional and hard working. They went above and beyond what I would consider what was necessary to do the job...for instance, I had no idea what type of light/fan combo to install and hadn't even looked at any. I told them to go ahead and get 'whatever'. What was installed was a perfect complement to the other items we had picked out for the bathroom and was far beyond what I was expecting (basically we got a lovely light with a nice quiet fan that you can't see...the fixture in brushed nickel matches our other brushed nickel items perfectly). Its something I would have imagined my mother (who has a great sense of style) would pick out...not a construction guy! Our bathroom is absolutely the most beautiful room in the house now and I look forward to having Hansen Restoration come back to help out with the rest of the house. amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the folks at hansen really know what they are doing. they took care of everything and the attention to detail was brilliant.

Two weeks after having my youngest daughter and still recovering from my c-section, my waterline in my basement bathroom split and water started pouring everywhere. I was referred to Hansen Restoration to handle the dryout and repairs. They were at my house the very same day. They were very nice and assured me that everything would be taken care of quickly so I could get back my normal routine. When they arrived they said that the dryout would take three days and repairs would take around 4-5 days. They definitely kept their word! In less then a week my basement bathroom and rec room was as good as new. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family.

The finshed product was better than the original. Hansen's employees were professional and courteous. The project was actually finished several days prior to the finish date.
