Wow! My experience with American Wood Resurface exceeded my expectations. After reading EVERYTHING I could find about the company, their products and services, I felt confident in choosing AWR to resurface my kitchen cabinets which included converting lower cabinets to drawers. Ron, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations to tweak some of my decisions, and I never felt pressured at all. Patrick, my carpenter, is a highly skilled craftsman who truly cares about doing quality work. He worked diligently each day, took care to clean up each day and at the end of the job. By far, Patrick is the most skilled and conscientious serviceman I have ever had do any kind of work for me over 50+ years. My project was completed within 8 days and kept to my budget. I highly recommend AWR!

We wanted to update our kitchen out of the 80’s. Every avenue pointed to costing an arm and a leg. AWR presented such a great option to accomplish exactly what we wanted! Mary Jo sat with us going through every idea for our dream kitchen, from color, hardware, door design, and even general layout / functionality of the kitchen. We built the dream kitchen for our home at a fraction of the cost for a remodel. Derek did an amazing job installing the reface! He was super professional and ensured we were comfortable with every step along the way. He was tidy, timely, and extremely helpful in his process. We cannot recommend AWR enough to anyone wanting an update / build their dream kitchen!

I seek out appreciate reviews when looking for goods and services so I’d like to return the favor. Actually, this is kind of a two-for-one review… we heard about this company from my brother-in-law, who was also very pleased with the work they did for him. From our first phone call to the completion of the job, I couldn’t be happier. The sales rep explained the process thoroughly and made several suggestions to improve the appearance and functionality of our cabinets, without any upcharge. The carpenter showed up on time, and cleaned up thoroughly each day and at the end of the project. Since completion, I’ve been busy cleaning, lining shelves and painting, so I’ve been up close and personal with these cabinets, and the workmanship is impeccable. On top of everything else, their price came in at several thousand dollars less the quote we got from another company. I’m delighted to recommend American Wood Reface.

Everything went great from start to finish. Leanne brought us samples and explained the process answering our many questions. Terry did all the measuring and Scott was our carpenter. Our kitchen area has been totally transformed. Very happy with our new kitchen and 1/2 bath.

Overall experience was excellent. Mary Jo (sales) and Brandon (installer) exceeded expectations. In home sales presentation/demonstration/quote were timely, specific and accurate. Brandon's craftmanship and attention to detail were above and beyond. He arrived on time everyday and cleanup all work areas before he left. Communication on all levels with this company were great. You don't always find that with contractors. It was refreshing and appreciated.

I'm very pleased with the kitchen refacing in my 100yr old kitchen! The salesman was helpful, made suggestions when I asked but did not push to make the sale. Seeing the materials in the room made it easy to visualize the look, and buying a slim line microwave saved cabinet replacement ( didn't know slim line even existed!) The carpenter did professional work, left kitchen clean each nite, and the wood used is beautiful. A minor flaw in a door was replaced without question. Communication was outstanding thru this process: carpenter txted arrival time each day! I feel that I received value for the cost, and the process was the easiest home reno I have had!

I would highly recommend American Wood Reface - such a professional, informative company. With the start of Leanne and her consultation guiding me through with her expertise and recommendations - they did not have a color that I was hoping for - so I was able to pick my Sherwin Williams color for my cabinets - Kilem Beige with Antiqued Silver Handles - and they turned out beautiful. Terry who measured everything was so precise ... and Anthony who did the install was perfection. He was as picky as I am and did everything in a timely fashion. Thank you for such a beautiful new look to my kitchen.

His work is visually precise and accurate with the cabinet alignment. He was able to think outside of the box while working with some of our older home quirks. My kitchen was transformed to beautiful white cabinets with functional drawers and even a garbage/recycle cabinet. My carpenter, Mark, did an amazing job and he tried to keep the dust to a minimum. We had American Wood Reface do our kitchen. They did new cabinet doors, a couple new cabinet layouts, new countertop and also the backsplash. The overall process went extremely well from the initial meeting with Melissa to selecting the design and color we wanted for our new cabinets, countertop and backsplash. We were assigned Derek as our carpenter and he was great to work with. He was very clear with everything that was going on and kept us informed throughout the whole process. The level of craftsmanship that he provided exceeded our expectations. He made sure everything was just as we wanted and everyday made sure the area was cleaned up and usable at night for us. We considered many different options for updating our kitchen and we are extremely pleased that we went with American Wood Reface. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about updating their kitchen.

In 2018 we had our kitchen cabinets completely refaced including countertops, sink, faucet and kitchen drawers. Based on their reviews, American Wood Reface was one of 3 vendors selected for an estimate. We were amazed, considering very strong reviews, that their price was significantly lower than the others. Th sales rep, Mary Jo, was incredible during the presentation, which sealed our decision to go with American Wood Reface. The experience was absolutely wonderful and the kitchen transformation was unbelievable, thanks to our craftsman, Brandon. Brandon is a non stop bunny energizer along with a perfectionist. He definitely takes pride in his work. The end result is a testimonial to his craftsmanship. So, 4 years later we decided to do our 2 upstair bathrooms. Because of the kitchen experience with American Wood Reface we contacted Mary Jo. Once again the same professionalism and commitment to our project was on display. Of course, we did request our craftsman, Brandon, to once again work his magic in the bathroom transformation. He definitely did not disappoint, again delivering on superior results. Couple of footnotes: 1. In the kitchen and bathrooms we replaced granite with Cambria quartz countertops; no comparison, the quartz is a superior product and because of this they offer a lifetime warranty. 2. American Wood Reface offers a limited lifetime warranty, they are local and have been in business for a long time. In summary, I STRONGLY believe if you are exploring refacing and the subsequent savings, you can look ? no further than American Wood Reface to turn your transformation into an incredible reality!!!

The kitchen cabinet remodel went wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't do this years ago. We totally enjoy the new look. This company was easy to work with from top to bottom, and puts no pressure on a potential client. My kitchen is one of several in the neighborhood that has used this company and we are all happy and satisfied customers. The saleswoman, Mary Jo was knowledgeable and offered suggestions when needed. It is great to work with a rep that will answer your calls, and doesn't rely on texting to get back to you. Scott, our contractor did a great job on the cabinets and everything else in the kitchen. He was dependable and showed up on time ready to go each morning. Great experience for sure.

American Wood Reface did an outstanding job. The entire process, commencing with Ron our salesperson and ending with Anthony our carpenter was smooth. Considering the ongoing Covid issues, everything went well. Ron was not pushy but was very easy to deal with. He explained the process and did not rush us as we were making our selections. He was very thorough. Anthony did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and did not rush to complete the job. He took his time and did not leave until he was satisfied with the outcome. The entire process from the initial meeting and sales, to the person coming to measure the kitchen and counter top, to the counter top installers and finally to the primary rehab specialist Jeff, could not have gone better. Everyone exhibited a great deal of professionalism, and cooperation. I was completely taken aback by the level of skill and eye for perfection exhibited, especially from Jeff. At a time where good workers are hard to find, American Wood Reface has somehow managed to find some of the best.
