Very good service especially given the fact that all interaction with the vendor was done over the phone (we live out of town).

I got very chilly treatment from the salesman. He seemed annoyed by my questions and was condescending. He certainly didn't act eager to get my business.

Great...completely satisfied with Marshall Carpets.  This is the third time I have ordered carpeting from Marshall Carpets in the past
20 years. 

Very well, selection is great at the store.  They worked with me to remove the carpet  one week and install the next so I could do some work on the baseboards.
Installers were very professional and worked non-stop.  The installation looks great.

Fine.  The installers were very nice.  Again, the one problem noticed was fixed in a timely manner.

Matt provided much assistance in the selection of a floor covering.  We first looked at engineered wood flooring, but decided to go with carpet.  Matt first gave us advice and recommendations on wood flooring.  He then gave us a range of carpets that would work well with our situation.  We were allowed to take large sample pieces of both the wood and the carpet home to help in the selection.  There was no deposit required for this service.  Matt was very helpful during the entire process.
Carpet was installed in less than three weeks from date of purchase.  Two men arrived at the scheduled time for installation.  They worked quickly and carefully.  The work was done flawlessly.
We are pleased with the look and feel of the new carpet.

The sale staff was friendly and helpful through multiple visits.  Even after I was working with one saleswoman, the rest of the staff was proactive in offering help.  The carpeting was installed on a day chosen by me, which is important, as I can't get off work easily.  The installers treated my home like their own.  They were friendly and cleaned up so thoroughly, I couldn't find anything to do after they left.

Ryan our sales person was so helpful. I had only a vague idea of what I wanted  and I was buying carpet and vinyl. Also I was concerned about the carpet padding being a "green" product. Ryan answered all my questions and gave me all information I requested. After many days and samples plus an internet search on the padding used by Marshall Carpet I made my purchase. I told Ryan I was nervous because although I was happy with my selection the finale appearance of the floors depended on good installation. He assured me the Marshall Carpet installers were excellent and they were. The vinyl was installed by a team, "Uncle" John, Shawn and Joe. They worked quietly, cheerfully and patiently (I was often in the way). They had to move my appliances, washer, dryer and toilet.The finished floor is beautiful and perfectly installed. It was a pleasure to have them working in my house for 2 days. The men who installed the carpet, John and Gene were equally considerate. They worked quickly and the finished product is beautiful. Before they left I walked over and over the carpet looking for seams but it looks seamless. Very neat and clean job.

The staff were very helpful in the store and the guys who laid the carpet with efficient and did a nice job.   No  complaints at all.

Every step went without a hitch. We are satisfied and will use them again.

I had no complaints regarding the service! I brought my extra carpet to them to make area rugs as well.

The installers were punctual, professional, and finished the work in a couple of days.  The floors are beautiful.  I did not expect such a good looking result.

They did a great job and I like the carpet that I pick. It took the installers no time to lay the carpet down and they moved my furniture with no difficulty.

Matt, the salesman, was very helpful in matching the carpet to the colors in the rooms from pictures that I took to him, and making suggestions. The installers, Ray and Jim, were quite skilled in carpet installation. The whole experience was very positive. I was very pleased that they moved all the furniture; I turned down another company because they would move only 5 pieces; that would not have worked for me.

My insurance company gave me enough money to replace the tile in the basement. Marshall Carpet & Tile came in very close to what it was. Their price covered the cost of both the tile and the floor. I was very happy about that. They were super. I couldn't have wanted more. They were nice people. A representative came out and looked at the basement. He advised me on the kind of tile to put down and the color. He was very helpful because I wasn't quite sure how to do it having never done it before. He quoted me a price that was correct. They came out and did the replacement. Everything was tidy and nice. It is just amazing how it looks. I felt safe working with them. I plan to use them again in the future if I have anything else to do in the house.

Overall, things went very well. They delivered several samples to us and went out of their way to help us make the right color choice. We had extra carpet and they offered to bound it at no extra charge. The installers were great and were able to complete the job in only a day and a half.

The carpet installers they used were terrific. They had to make adjustments to fit it close to new flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room since this is an old warehouse building. It looks great.

hardest part was selecting a color/design... We took many carpet samples home to try. They arrived when they said they would and the job went smoothly.

Gary at Marshall is fantastic and did a great job. We did a comparison with other high-rated Angie list vendors and Marshall was the best with quality, time frame and price. They were prompt, efficient, responsive and worked with a tight time frame. They went above and beyond every step of the way, but never over promised. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

The carpet installers did an excellent job with the the new carpet and the used carpet installed in the basement. The original install of the original F/R carpet had seams showing which was always a problem. When the carpet was re-installed in the basement--no seams! They did a great job.

Marshall Carpet & Tile offered very good quality service. They matched the carpeting so perfectly that you wouldn?t notice that any work was done on them. They took a few days to come out, though.
