They were excellent. I thought that their prices were reasonable and fair. They were very efficient and prompt, and had the roof done in around 12 hours. They went above and beyond--for example, when they accidentally threw away my old gutter guards, they reinstalled new screens over the gutters. They handled it really well and were very professional about it. They cleaned up after themselves, and were careful to avoid trampling my plants. The new roof improved the curb appeal of my home, and I was also very happy with the new ventilation ridge they added. I was very happy with them overall.

The workers from Approved Roof Systems went out of their way to give me the correct roofing. They gave me great service and their pricing was very reasonable. I thought that they were very nice and helpful to me.

I called and his employees came promptly. It was done when I got home. I did not get quotes from other companies. I would hire them again.

Approved Roof Systems were great. They were prompt, professional, and clean. If they had questions they were courteous and asked us right away. They got the job done on time and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. They came when they said they would, did one half of the roof one day, and the other half the very next. They cleaned up after themselves (including the mess of slate that was produced) meticulously the same days, leaving nothing behind. The new roof is beautiful. A job well done.

They did the job when they said they were going to do the job. Mishaps were taken care of in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised that he would responded to my calls within 2 minutes. He was very good in taking care of the issues.

Overall the experience has been positive up to this point. They were able to come and give us a ballpark estimate right away. They are a little busy right now, but since the job is small, they will be able to come and get it done quickly.

My experience with them was excellent overall, they did a fine job. Jim Wegiel, the owner, explained very clearly what he intended to do and gave a clear rational explanation for each aspect of the job. His price was competitive. I think mainly my satisfaction has to do with the care of which he managed the job. Obviously he did not do the installation himself but he supervised his crews each day and they have an excellent crew that maintained the exact standard that Mr. Wegiel promised. They quickly solved several complicated installation problems.

Jim Weigel is the owner and did the work himself. He gave me a five year warranty.

I liked that they were the low bid, but they still covered everything. The workmen that came out were also very courteous while they were here and did a good job with clean up. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Jim's team came early each day and worked at least till 5 P.M, they did a thorough job replacing rotted wood and broken stucco cement where it had come loose. They carefully laid down a waterproof sub-surface, then a top surface of heavier roofing. At the end of each day they cleaned up the debris, and left the property clean over the weekend. No music, just working. I spot checked the work from time to time and believe they did a workmanlike job on the entire project. His team supervisor has been with him for 17 years. This is the third job they've done here, and I trust their work. the amount paid is the sum of the two, $18,600, and indicating that this represents two jobs done by Approved Roof Systems, both of which were done very professionally.

Jim was very professional and both my wife and I felt comfortable with him. It was a one day job and his crew did great work and cleaned up after themselves. You could barely tell anyone had done work at my house. Would definitely recommend Approved to others.

I called for an estimate on Monday and spoke with Jim Weigel. He asked a series of questions about the job and said he would be out to the address and leave a written estimate in my mailbox by the end of the week. When I returned from work on Friday the estimate was in the mailbox. The estimate was handwritten and I have no idea if Jim was on the roof or inspected/measured from the ground. Jim was very pleasant over the phone and followed through on his promise to estimate before the end of the week, which is all I asked for. We chose not to go with this company even though their quote was the lowest of the four estimates we received.

The owner came out to give the estimate, he has full time employees as to ensure high quality work. They did a great job and i would recommend them.

Just as promised, they completed the roof in mid-September at the price estimated. They were done in one day. Very professional. Great job.

They were professional and cleaned up well every night. There was no loud music playing and the experience was as painless as it could be. Jim was the gentleman we dealt with and her was very responsive and always answered his cell phone. I would recommend them to others.

WORK NOT DONE SINCE THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS.

I called on a Friday morning. My call was promptly returned. Jim apologized for the inability to come out that same afternoon but came the following Monday morning to fix my leak.

Great detailed estimate, better than any of the other ones. Professional, always call me back in a timely manner. I plan to use them.

I thought they were excellent and did a great job. You have to schedule it pretty far out, they are so good though it's worth the wait. I had several people come in for estimates and his came in the lowest. He hired another company for the gutters but they are beautiful. He does everything right on the roof. He put six feet of ice guard around the edges when some other people put only 3 feet. My roof has a lot of peaks valleys and flat spots, after he was finished, overall, it was great except one spot of carpentry on the sunroom. I called him and the master carpenter came out and redid that section beautifully.

Jim was courtesy and on time. His workers were also on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job.
