Jason and James are amazing in every way.  They really listen to the customer, deliver what you want and do the work in a timely manner.  Our service could not have gone any smoother.  Many other companies I spoke with were making the job too complicated.  These guys were confident and did a great job.

I purchased one of the Angie's List Big Deal, but since there was more work involved, I had to pay for an additional 4 hours of work, which was quoted at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a lot of tips and instructions for the next steps of priming and painting the walls. They arrived on time, and finished the job in a timely matter. I would strongly recommend them to anybody would need this type of service. In addition to doing a great job, they are very nice people, and it's a pleasure to work with them.

Jason Griggs is a great & trustworthy contractor. His work is excellent and a great value. Not only will I use Griggs in the future I also referred him to several friends.

I have held off on the evaluation waiting for further contact from Jason Griggs.  Very nice individual as was his helper James.  
They arrived at scheduled time but their visit time was limited so they had to return to do further work.  On the next visit the finished removing part of the wallpaper and were to return the following week to skim and prep the walls.  I told them I was not in a hurry (6 mos. ago) if they had a big job they had to finish.  I never heard back from them and have had to hire someone else to complete the job.  My foyer went for mos. unable to be painted because of the condition of the walls.  I really liked Jason and James but am very disappointed in the way things turned out.

Excellent service flexible with job execution outstanding results

Two men arrived five minutes ahead of scheduled appointment with the gear necessary to remove the kitchen wallpaper.  They were extremely professional; I've never seen two men work as hard, fast, steadily, and thoroughly as these Griggs men.  They completely removed the wallpaper, its backing, and the adhesive that had been on for years.  When they finished, the walls were completely stripped and ready for painting. 
They didn't make much of a mess, cleaned up what they did, and left the kitchen as they found it--minus the wallpaper..... 
I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Even though it took awhile to get this service scheduled, since we were both very busy, once scheduled everything well smoothly. In fact they honored the Angie's List Big Deal after the expiration date with no problem or questions. Jason Griggs and another worker arrived on time and were professional and courteous. Jason explained what they would be doing to get the old wallpaper off and said it may take longer than 4 man hours to do and he let me know in advance how much more per hour it would be. They worked very quickly and efficiently and got all of the wallpaper off in 5 total hours. Jason told me what to use to prep the walls with before we painted them and he also gave me an estimate to do the painting of the kitchen and 2 other rooms. Overall this was a very good experience and we were very happy with what was done and with how much it cost. We will consider them in the future for the interior painting once we decide what we are going to do and decide on colors.

Griggs was fantastic. We bought services from them using Angies Deal of the Day and got a few hours of wallpaper removal for a very economical price.

They did a great job with the wallpaper removal and all of the clean up afterwards.

We got several estimates to paint and repair the exterior of our home. Griggs was not only the lowest estimate, they were by far the most courteous and responsive of the the three companies we contacted! They are very professional and punctual. The work they did was excellent and looks beautiful! They performed the work within a weeks time (our house is large with lots of trim) and left us all the leftover paint and stain (they even stacked it neatly and labeled everything!). I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting and kind of paint work done around the house!

These guys were seriously busy due to the number of deals they had, so it took a while to get to the house. When they arrived, everything went smoothly.

Great group of guys. There were in and out in no time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and exceeded my expectations.

Griggs was very flexible and accommodating with scheduling when I had to move them back on the schedule because the roof was not done.  
They pressure washed the house, then scraped off the old, peeling paint, and painted using a sprayer.
They are pleasant, personable, and professional.  They consistently responded promptly to communications and questions.  
I would recommend them to a friend and hire them again.

Jason and James arrived punctually at the time agreed upon. They were so professional yet friendly and easy to have in the dining room while I was working in the kitchen.  They carefully prepared the room to protect the carpet, removed every last speck of wallpaper and then thoroughly cleaned the walls. They cleaned up after themselves so completely that if the walls weren't bare, I would think nothing had been done.  I will definitely use them again!!

They arrived on time, worked steadily and cleaned up very good. The job took a few days and wallpaper removal did not go as planed. I was very impressed with clean they were. They were very pleasant people. I would definitely refer them to others.

I could not get ahold of them. I would call and he would call me back a day of so later and say he could not make an appointment because he did not have his appointment book with him. We kept playing phone tag. Last time I called him he was in Dallas and said he would call when he got back. I never heard anything.

Guys were personable and professional.  Completed the work requested in the allotted time.  I was so impressed that I'm hiring them to paint the exterior of my house.

He was going to come out and give an estimate, but kept pushing the appointment back. He ended up coming out on April 19th.  I removed most of the wallpaper and he removed the border. They patched everything up and then were going to come back to finish. He did not bring enough primer to finish the first time. He never kept any appointments. He forgot the materials to finish the job. The paint job itself was good, but the professionalism was not. They put me off two months to have it finished.

I would recommend them I would have ask them to do more work but I did not have the money to cover the cost. They seem to be very knowledgeable and have reasonable prices. I would use them again in future if I needed to.

Did what I expected in a professional manner.

I bought Jason's $99 Angie's List deal for 4 hours of wallpaper removal. Jason and one of his employees worked very hard for those 4 hours but the paper was a pain to remove (as I suspected, since I'd already removed wallpaper in another room). I decided to hire him to finish removing the wallpaper and prep the walls so I could paint them myself. It took another 6 hours but it's done and ready for me to sand, prime and paint.
Jason is very professional and responds to emails and phone calls quickly. He and his employee were pleasant, courteous and worked hard. They cleaned everything up thoroughly both times they were at my house.
I will definitely call him again when I'm ready to do more wallpaper removal/painting.

Jason and James arrived on time and went right to work.  They both worked for 4 hours without stopping.  They removed every bit of paper, scrubbed down the walls and cleaned up everything.  My kitchen was left looking naked without the paper but very clean and smelling wonderful from the product they used.  They use Downy so my home smelled fresh and clean. I am extremely pleased with their work and their professional approach to the work.  I would highly recommend this company.  In fact, I am going to call them back to paint my kitchen and living room when I decide on a color scheme.
