Excellent results! We had the kitchen cabinets replaced, granite countertop installed, and tile backsplash added. The project was finished on budget, on time, and communication was excellent throughout the process. Chet and his crew provided a top-quality install on cabinets, countertops, and tile. He provided great advice on local distributors of cabinets, counters, and tile that made the process efficient. From the start of the demolition to the end of the construction was only 11 days. And, if COVID induced supply chain issues hadn't been involved it would have been closer to 1 week. Chet went out of his way to be sure the kitchen was at least partially functional (water, temporary counters, appliances) before he left every night. Each person on his crew did an excellent job on attention to details. Great Company to work with.

This is a great company. Chet is very punctual and professional as well as easy to work with. From start to finish the job was a breeze. Chet sent us an outline of how to proceed , lists of where to shop for our materials, timing of measurements and a detailed timeline of the install process. And he kept every appt. and timeline. What we liked was that he could do it all, install counter top, sink and faucet and backsplash, we actually bought the sink and faucet from them, price was same as big box stores. This eliminated a lot of time and effort on our part. Chet recommended several places to get back splash tile , he recommended a person at the Tile shop who could help us with color which she did very well. We ordered it, he picked it up and brought to the job and installed. I don’t know if other companies do all that Premier does but I can tell you our experience with Premier and Chet was so easy and professional. Chet and Hank (and Herb the master tiler) did the work described to upgrade my kitchen. They did an outstanding job and the results exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, they are great people, and I felt comfortable and enjoyed having them in my home while they did their work. There was an issue with some of the backsplash tiles (manufacturer's issue), and Chet took care of the problem and it was quickly resolved -- he is a perfectionist! Chet and Hank are the most professional contractors I've ever worked with. From the estimate, to the measurements to the installation - everything was perfect. My kitchen looks amazing and when we remodel our guest bathroom, Premier Granite and Stone are the first I will call!

We had the work done before moving into the house. A fairly large job, took about two weeks. The results were beautiful. The bold pattern throughout brought the semi open floor plan together. No damage, thorough clean-up, friendly and informative contacts. Fine workmanship.

I cannot tell you how happy we are with the service from Premier Granite & Stone. Working with Hank Mastarlerz was an absolute pleasure. Hank took the time to understand what we wanted, made helpful suggestions without being pushy at all, mapped out a great plan for us, and made sure we totally understood the whole process. Hank was always responsive and polite, and he and his crew did amazing work. The installation was quick and smooth, and they did all the plumbing hookup for us as well. Our new countertops look amazing and they are exactly what we envisioned when we started the project. The long run along one wall, which included the sink cutout, was no trouble for Premier Granite & Stone. It looks amazing and I know we'll love these counter for a long long time. A project of this scope gave my wife and I a bit of anxiety, but once we started working with Hank we felt awesome. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

The job looks incredible. We could not have asked for more. They did the work over 3 days. There were there on time or early every time they showed up. This is so unusual for a contractor. The crews were very personable and cleaned up every day. I enjoyed talking to them as they worked. The price was very fair. I would NOT hesitate in recommending Chuck and his crew to anyone looking to have granite or stone work done. I am confident we will use them again in the future.

From my initial contact with Chuck to the final day of installation, communication was great. The entire team from granite supplier to installer to plumbing contractor were concerned with my satisfaction. Great customer service! We are planning on remodeling our bathroom next and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Price was very competitive. Be sure to include Premier in your search for quality work at a fair price!

I love my new kitchen! Chuck's crew was excellent, on time, did terrific work and was so friendlly. Every one of them was polite and great to work with. Chuck had great ideas to offer and spent a lot of time with us at the show room, picking out the perfect granite. On top of this, his price beat the others we had checked with. I will definitely call Chuck again for the next project.

When you are looking for that sort of thing, there is a tone of people or businesses that come up but it is because of Angie's List that I chose him. He came out and gave us a quote and I like him but it is because of his rating on Angie's List that we went with him. The workers were very courteous, nice and prompt. I told a friend about them.

The installation took a few hours to complete. They did a very good job cleaning up. They did well overall.

We decided it was finally time to make improvements. I searched on Angie's list and called Premier Granite and Stone. Mr. Van gave us a detailed estimate and advised us "add ons" would be additional. His suggestions were very helpful, and guided us into making the best decisions for what we wanted to accomplish. His people were great and were here every day until the job was complete (approx. six weeks). The rooms are beautiful! We are so pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend Premier Granite and Stone.

It was a dream job. Everyone was always on time. All workers were wonderful -- couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. First the owner, Chuck, came with samples. He sent an estimate that was not our lowest. But he did not want any payment until the job was completed! That was a big plus in our book, so we tried to work with him, and he lowered his price a bit, so tho it was still not the lowest, we liked him and decided to go with him.
Next came the man who did the profile, on time and nice. Then the tear out, again prompt and fine workmen. That was the day before the installers, who were exactly on time. Again, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
We were very happy that we did select Chuck. As he ran into problems, he worked with us. The kitchen faucet that we had planned to use was glued on and couldn't be disconnected, though they really tried, so Chuck let us have a great new one at his cost. All the workmen were great at problem solving, always polite. We are totally happy with the job, and would certainly recommend this company.

Timing: Every thing was done exactly on schedule.
Quality: No significant issues. We are very happy with the installation. There were several small issues with the back splash installation. All were repaired within 24 hours of notification.
Clean-up: They removed all debris.
Professionalism: One of the best contractors we have experienced.
Cost: Competitive, mid-range price quote (always get at least three quotes).
In summary: Outstanding job. They stand behind their work.

The install was Ok but he put in a number of chipped tile. We had a lot of tile left over so why use chipped ones. He bought back the remaining tiles from us. The tile was grouted in a following day so the grout man replaced one of the chipped tiles! Then the owner who did the original install came back a week later (he thought we went out of town) to regrout the tile that was replaced. THe grout turned out to be a different shade so we did not pursue it any further
