THE SERVICEMAN CAME AT THE TIME SPECIFIED AND WAS EXTREMELY POLITE. AFTER LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM HE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME EXACTLY THE COST AND TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO CORRECT IT. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM INSIDE THE WALL WITHOUT HAVING TO TEAR APART THE WALL AT ALL. HE WORE BOOTIES, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T HAVE TO. THE WORK WAS GOOD, AND TO ME IT WAS VERY MUCH WORTH THE PRICE TO NOT HAVE TO TRY TO DEAL WITH IT MYSELF! VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.

LEFT ALL MY INFORMATION AND SPECIFIED THAT THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY. I HAD WEEKEND COMPANY AND WAS UNABLE TO USE MY KITCHEN SINK AND NO ONE EVEN RETURNED MY CALL. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WAS HOPING TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO A COMPANY WITHIN MY AREA.

OUR PLUMBER WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 11:30 AND 12:00. AFTER TWO PHONE CALLS TO CHECK ON ARRIVAL TIME, HE ARRIVED AT 2:40. THOUGH FRUSTRATED BY THIS, WE THOUGHT HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE WAS POLITE AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.
