We are a small 100% family owned and locally operated handyman/home improvement company. We only accept jobs that we can self perform so there is never any need for subcontractors. On small jobs we don't require any money up front. Payment can be made when the job is completed to your satisfaction. On larger jobs we require a small percentage(5%-15%) up front with the remainder due upon the completion of the job to your satisfaction.
