Description of Work: Jerry was great to deal with. After several problems (on my end) Jerry was able to take care of the plumbing. He was always professional and great to deal with. I will use Laux plumbing again and have already recommended him to family/friends.

Description of Work: Installed new handle on outside faucet. Had to cut into bathroom ceiling in order to reach pipes. Fastened handle brace to wall using caulk instead of drilling into brick. Handle came away from wall on first use. Had to hire someone else to attach it properly.

Description of Work: I have used Laux Plumbing on several occasions to replace faulty water valves, to find and fix natural gas leaks, and for other miscellaneous plumbing services. They usually show up on time. If they are going to be late showing up, it is never more than a half hour, and they always call to let me know. Their work is professional, they are experts, they work quickly and the quality of their work is top notch.

Description of Work: They installed a new flush valve in one toilet, a new bathroom faucet, and a new faucet and granite vanity top in another bathroom. This is my second experience with Laux Plumbing and they have been terrific each time. They sceduled me in a very timely way, advised me when they were on the way, arrived on time, answered all my questions, did the work quickly and efficiently and left the work area clean. They are personable and professional. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing work.
