Jen and Mark showed up on time as promised and took care of my bug problem in a very fast and efficient manner.

The experience was wonderful!!! Ever since they came out to spray ,we saw no bedbugs.They rechecked home three weeks later, and found no trace of the bedbugs.My home is back to normal again ,thanks to the wonderful couple Mark and Jen from Bed Bugs Solutions.

It went well. 5 person crew worked quickly and efficiently filling a dumpster with tossed items, sweeping and treating entire house.

Cincinnati Bed Bug Solutions was excellent. Jen was part counselor part exterminator soothing my anxieties while providing the service I needed. I left a message for her at 2:00 am, and she called back the next morning. Service provided about five days later. Whatever it is that they spray, it works. But more importantly, all phone and email was extremely professional and matter of fact, which calmed me down. The prep work was tough, especially as I was all alone and friends would not come to help for fear of taking bugs home with them. It took several days to remove all linens and junk in closets. Check-up and respray occurred about two weeks after the first. No price is too much to get rid of these things, but I feel like they did not overcharge. Some businesses might take advantage of desperate customers, but instead I felt respected.

Excellent service! They were professional yet personally caring! This is the best pest control service I have ever worked with. They eliminated my pest problem in a thorough yet expeditious way, and at a reasonable cost.

It was better than I anticipated. This is a small, local business that deserves to be recommended at every opportunity.

Beside the fact that these folks are the most understanding and thoughtful people they are the best. They came in and wiped out not just the bed bugs. After 3 weeks a second time that they came in to make sure that always clear without me even asking them to there's no bugs. I now have peace of mind and an able to enjoy my home again. Bed bug Solutions is really a lifesaver because I was on my last mind break. Going on week 4 I am now at the point where is something itches I know it's not bed bugs. Came to my home discreetly and did a thorough inspection sprayed and left. Came back for a follow-up. Offered a yearly inspection. Which I accepted whole heatedly. Great job, great service and a great company.

You cannot hire a more professional and thorough company. They were able to ID the bugs over the phone via text pictures and booked our treatment as quickly as possible. They did a free inspection first and showed us where the infestation was located. They knew they were coming into a situation where my husband and I didn't agree on needed outside treatment. They were upbeat and professional saying they would not treat if they didn't find bugs. Well find the bugs they did and lucky for us the infestation was only in one spot but they treated the entire house and told us how to manage our garage full of shoes we are collecting for a fundraiser. They will be back once the shoes are picked up to treat the garage. All included. I sleep much easier now knowing they have been here and done their job. NO REGRETS! HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I called Jen in July with a concern about bed bugs. My daughter had been away working at a camp and shortly after arriving home, she began noticing bites when she would get up in the morning. She mentioned that her roommate at camp had had bedbugs recently, so it sounded suspicious. In my first conversation with Jen, she told me that my daughters bites didn't sound like bed bug bites as they were too far apart. Then about a week later, before leaving for vacation, my son noticed some bites that did fit the description of bed bug bites. I called Jen immediately and we arranged a time for an inspection. Even though we were out of town, Jen agreed to do the inspection so that in case we needed services, I could begin the preparations immediately upon our return. The entire time, Jen communicated promptly, let me know when she was coming to the house, and called me right after the inspection. They did not find any active bed bug evidence so we did not require treatment.

One of the things I greatly appreciated was that Jen inspired confidence that they would be able to get rid of the bed bugs if we did have them. She was kind and understanding and very pleasant to deal with. And they did not charge anything at all for the inspection. I would highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing an issue with bed bugs, and I will definitely call them again if needed in the future!

In a world of horrible customer service, followed by
horrible product service, my experience with BBS reminded me of ?the olden days?,
when workers cared about their customer and cared about the work and service
they performed. 

BBS sounded too good to be true.  Not only were they ?true?, but they exceeded
my expectations.  They were here for an
hour and while they worked, they explained how and why their product works.  And yes, you read that correctly.  They were only here for an hour and yes, ?I?
was here throughout, along with my cats since their product is only harmful to
the bug!     

I don?t wish it on anyone, but I can?t wait for someone to
tell me they have Bed Bugs.  I can save
their lives by giving them to Bed Bug Solutions.    

And yes, the Bed Bugs are gone!

This was a call back.  They were about 10 minutes late, but called to let us know.  They did a thorough job of looking for the bedbugs and treated any areas that were needed.  This is a family run business and they are very personable.

From setting the appointment to doing the actual work, everything went perfect. We couldn't be more satisfied.

They were very professional.   There is a lot of misinformation and other companies use scare tactics and take advantage of uneducated consumers.  This company answered all my questions and provided a simple, efficient and affordable solution.

This company is amazing.  They were helpful from the first call.  I was extremely upset when I called them regarding my pest issue and they made sure i understood what causes this type of infestation and how they would be able to get rid of it.  They were true to their word.  They not only came in and got rid of our issue, but they made me feel like I was part of their family.

I called, they responded promptly and provided me answers to all my questions.
I am a scientist by nature, so I not only asked about the solution they
were providing, but how they decided on the treatment, why they don't
use heat treatment anymore and how they are linked to an OSU researcher
on the bed bug problem.
They were helpful, and also provided me a
list of things I needed to do to make the process smoother. 
There is a lot of prep work on the homeowners part so think of this as a
partnership to get rid of the bed bugs, not like a termite extermination
treatment, rather declutter, isolate, vacuum, and liberal use of a
dryer to heat things.

Super fast response time, was called the morning after I emailed them. They did everything they said they would do and it was WAY more affordable than most companies. The process only took about an hour and a few hours later we were back to living our lives. They also warranty their work, which was the peace of mind we needed. It was terrible circumstances of course, but it was a pleasure meeting them. They were very nice and discreet. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!

I contacted Bed Bugs Solutions Cincinnati because our painter believed he had found bed bugs in one of the units of a two family rental that we own.  Mark and Jen were able to come out quickly so that we did not lose any work days while renovating (painter did not want bugs in his cloth drop clothes).  I cannot say enough about not only how professional they were but Mark and Jen showed that they truly cared about finding the best solution for us.   
In the end, they determined that we did not have bed bugs but we did have a roach problem in the kitchen.  Since this is a rental property they recommended a preventative treatment for the bed bugs and treatment for the roaches.  They completed this work 
right away and are coming back to treat the 2nd unit in this building once it is vacated.  
Overall, this was one of the best contractor experiences we've had.  They are very easy to work with, honest, caring, and their prices are great,   We will definitely be calling Bed Bugs Solutions Cincinnati again for preventative treatments and any time we have a bed bug issue.   

We found a single bedbug in our house.  We believe it came in on a shirt that we had purchased from a secondhand store. We found no other signs but we wanted to be sure so we called for an inspection.  They didn't want to get our hopes up and said that oftentimes there are others. Mark and Jen showed up to our house on time and were extremely friendly, personable, professional and thorough. They checked the bathroom where the bug was found, the adjacent bedroom, the living room and basement.  They found no signs of any other bedbugs.  Even after it was determined that there didn't appear to be anything else, they continued to give us lots of information regarding bedbugs, treatment, etc. 

They didn't charge us anything since they found nothing in our house. Not only was that impressive, but they didn't rush out once we were told there was no charge. They told us what to watch for and gave us a timeline; offered tips for prevention and answered further questions. Never once did we feel rushed. We were completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone.  Other places that we had looked had charged for just an inspection.  Mark and Jen do not.  We slept a little easier after they left.  We'll still be on the lookout but we were so glad we went with Bed Bug Solutions.  Thank you for making a frightening and stressful experience a little easier to handle.

Mark, Jen and their daughter were a pleasure to work with.  It was actually fun.  They explained everything they were doing as they worked.  It gave me great peace of mind to know that their treatment was non-toxic and would be effective for up to a year.

We were very overwhelmed with trying to deal with bed bugs on our own and we wish now that we would have contacted Bed Bug Solutions earlier!  Mark & Jen made the process super easy and the products that they use were safe enough for us {and our dogs!} to be at home during the treatment.  It only took them 2 hours to finish the treatment and afterwards, we found lots of dead bugs.  We were surprised, but we never saw a live bug again after the first treatment!  We highly recommend Mark & Jen and plan on extending our one year warranty with their yearly maintenance program....we can't imagine the thought of dealing with those nasty bed bugs again!
