No problems at all.  They did a great job.  Very clean.  Hauled the older water heater away without any trouble.  Fantasic!

They have been tremendous. They were very willing to go out of their way to look at what I wanted them to do the first time I called them, even though it was after hours for them. It is a local company and they are very customer-focused and accommodating. They are very polite and communicate well. They are dependable and come when they say that are going to be there. They don't tell you that you need something that you don't need. They have fixed things for us in the past that were incorrectly installed by the builder. We have not had any problems with the things that they have repaired.

I have used them for years and have always been thrilled with their work. I don't think I would use anyone else in this area. They are outstanding. Their responsiveness is great. When they come in they leave it cleaner than they when they find it. If they have an appointment time they show up on time or a few minutes early. If there is an emergency they will call to let you know.

They were very prompt. They went out of their way to get the time slots that we needed. They were extremely quick and very neat when they did their work.

We originally got an estimate from another plumber, highly rated on Angie's List, and were so disappointed in their lack of follow through and attention to our needs that we sought out another plumber. Scott was recommended to us by our electrician. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He made some suggestions that helped us solve a problem with the location of the shower drain, that did not involve having to tear up the concrete and move the drain. For that we were very grateful! He always cleaned up after working. We feel we have found a plumber for life!

They service water heaters for the Columbia Gas Water Heater Service plan. They were notified of the service call but didnt call in 24 hours like Columbia Gas Dispatcher said they would. Once the plumber arrived he did a great job repairing the water heater. No charge since the repair is covered under the water heater service plan.

Excellent company, highly recommend them. Scott, the owner, is an excellent individual who does a thorough job and he is very reasonably priced too. It is hard to find an honest and trustworthy company these days who is dependable too, Weeks plumbing offers all of these virtues and more for your plumbing concerns or needs. We will continue to use this company again in the near future.

I called because I was concerned there was possibly something wrong with our septic tank - there was a terrible odor coming from both of our sinks in our master bathroom. He said it was probably just bacteria, and proceeded to pour about a cup of bleach down each drain. I thought that you weren't allowed to use bleach with a septic system, otherwise I would have done that a long time ago. Apparently it's okay. I was charged $49 for the service call, plus $39 for the "work" performed. He was a very nice guy, and did offer to come back again and not charge the service call fee if the smell came back. Guess what - the smell is back. I'm not calling him, though - still don't think that $39 would be worth spending, I've wasted enough money already. That's some expensive bleach!!!

I contacted Weeks Plumbing as they were part of the HomeGuard policy that came with my new house. Overall, fairly easy to contact. Plumber came on time and even went into the pouring rain to check outside faucet.

Great work.

When water heater developed problems, Mr Weeks came out and fixed the problem quickly. When we need plumbing fixtures installed, he gave us a fair price and installed the fixtures on time with no problems.

SCOTT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY, LEFT NO MESS, WORKMANSHIP A+, REPLACED SECTION LOOKS GREAT. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE PRICE AS WELL.

I WAS CALLING AROUND TO GET A PLUMBER BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS TO INSTALL A GAS LINE AND HOOK UP A VENT FREE HEATER. WEEKS PLUMBING WAS THE ONLY ONE OUT OF 6 COMPANIES THAT RETURNED MY CALL. THEY RETUNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY THAT I LEFT THE MESSAGE AND HE WAS THERE THAT WEDNESDAY. SCOTT SAID HE WOULD BE THERE AT 1:00 AND HE WAS HERE AT 12:58. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD DO BEFORE HE EVEN STARTED. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I DID NOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE PRICE TO COMPARE WITH SO I HAD TO RATE THEM A ''B''. I WAS HOPING IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE LESS.
