We have 2 labradoodles that absolutely love 4 Paws.  In fact, when needing them to come to the house quickly, we yell, "It's time for school." - and they sprint to us.

We have been customers for 8 years or longer, and we are continually impressed by them.

Our dogs love the day care program, but we especially appreciate the boarding...because we know they will have plenty of time running and playing, and they won't be kept in a tight kennel just pouting until we return.

I go here because they listen to my instructions about my Newf.He's up in age and arthritic. He can't stand for long periods of time.They do him slowly and with care.I know because Rums can't wait to get out of the car when we pull in the parking lot. He always looks and smells fabulous after the grooming.
She has shaved him on numerous occasions but since he has gotten older she's just doing a wash and a trim..Also this is the only place I would board him..They have wonderful facilites.The dogs are not caged until evening about 7 p.m. They have the run of the yard and building..Staff are fun and professional...A+++++

I called ahead to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly. I was told my dog could run around in the daycare yard until it was time for his service so it made me very happy to know he would not be caged all day. When I dropped him off the staff was friendly and told me he would be ready to be picked up in the afternoon. When I returned around 2:00 he was not ready yet, which was fine, I wasn't really given a specific time. I returned again a couple hours later and he still was not ready. I was finally able to pick him up around 6:30. My dog is a golden doodle and I specifically told them when I dropped him off that I wanted his beard shaved down because he always drips water all over the floor. When he came out his face was trimmed down except for his entire snout which had two large puff balls of fur on either side. He looked absolutely rediculous. I thought maybe this was how this breed was supposed to be groomed so I didn't say anything. When I got him home I realized the rest of his body was very uneven and choppy looking. I had never taken a dog to be groomed before so I didn't know what to expect. A few days later my aunt, who used to be a groomer, saw him and was mortified. Since I had given them specific instructions that were obviously not followed I decided not to take him back to have it fixed. I thought it would be more trouble than it was worth.

This was not our first experience with Four Paws, but it's representative of the wonderful care that our dogs receive there. While we were out of the country (and unreachable by cell phone) our older dog developed a health issue on Christmas Day. Diane and Teresa tried to reach us, and when they were unable to do so, they called our vet, who was closed for the holiday. Diane and Teresa were concerned and caring enough to persuade their personal vet to come in on Christmas Day to care for Austin. Their vet was able to resolve the health issue and Austin was on the road to recovery by the time that we were able to get back. I think that Four Paws took better care of our pet than we could have!

Fantastic! I visited Four Paws ahead of time and was very impressed with what I saw. Dogs are only confined to their individual "suite" at night so the rest of the time, they are playing both inside and outside with other dogs and the staff. This was key for me - I couldn't stand the thought of my dog being in a kennel for most of the day with only limited breaks outside. This is the first time my dog has been boarded so I wasn't sure how she would handle it. Upon picking her up, she was happy and had just been bathed so she was nice and clean although I have to say there is no typical dog odor in the facility. All the staff I have dealt with at Four Paws is very friendly and treats the dogs with great affection. As an example, both my sister and I boarded our dogs there at the same time. When I dropped the dogs off, the first staff member called my sister's dog by name (we had taken the dogs out one month prior to be "evaluated" to be sure they would play nicely with other dogs) and was petting her and telling her how glad she was she was there. As I was leaving, I saw someone holding my little dog while she was getting used to her surroundings - very comforting. The staff told me about how my dog had handled her visit, which dogs she liked to play with most, etc.. I was very satisfied that she had a good experience there. For the next couple days after coming home, she was exhausted from all the great playtime! I will definitely use Four Paws again - maybe even just for an occasional day care visit to give my dog the chance to play hard!

They are great. Sophie loves playing with the other dogs and comes home each day in a great mood. They take extra care to clean her off if she's gotten especially dirty. The best part is that they do not have kennels - each dog is provided its own ''Suite'' to sleep and relax in.
