I was told that water in the basement was DEFINITELY from the sump pump. A sump pump was installed and we still have water in the basement.

Explained in detail on what was causing the problem and what they were going to do to correct it. Were very careful in preventing messes and in their clean up. Through out the process, they kept me involved every step of the way so I knew what was being done.

The crew was excellent in their work --friendly ---neat in doing clean up. I am happy with having hired them to do the job.

I installed a technically advanced back up sump pump by Pump Spy. The system will send you notices via an app on your personal devices. Mark was knowledgeable with the system I chose and his all-in price was very competitive. The system was installed within one week of my initial call to Mark. There were some technical issues with the system and Mark was very responsive in sending his team out for diagnostics. Turned out the problem was with Pump Spy's monitoring system and nothing Mark's guys had done during installation. Problem was resolved with Pump Spy Tech Support and system is working fine. I would definitely recommend Stay Dry Waterproofing for any back up sump installation.
