I had three companies view my home and stay dry was by far the best choice. The others were snake oil salesmen (very pushy and came off as a car salesman). Mark and the workers were honest and hardworking. I would recommend, the other companies need to take notes from stay dry and the crew

Overall it was fine. I would have preferred the timing of the work on the two days been more even, instead of it being done by 3 one day and 7pm the 2nd day.

Compltet Crawl Space Ecap done, sump punp and complete water tile system, with outstanding mold control and removal. Also had 44 feet of seal plate and band board removed and replaced from water damage. Very nice job guys.

It is hard to find mold specialists who really know what they are doing and perform quality work. The team from Stay Dry was very professional and thorough. They went out of their way to do a great job. They sealed each space with plastic, kept me updated throughout the day, and also removed the carpet. I can tell the different - my house actually smells good now. I feel much better knowing I can be there without worrying about mold affecting my health.

The Stay Dry team did an amazing job and I am so happy with the result of their hard work. My husband and I recently purchased our house and were expecting to do some crawl space work. It wasn't until after having Stay Dry come out that we realized the extent of what needed to be done, which included rebuilding most of our (100 year old) foundation. No other company we had come out for estimates told us how bad it was. Nate was the foreman for this project. He provided photos of our foundation damage and explained in detail their whole process and answered all my questions. We had our foundation rebuilt and reinforced, the crawlspace has been waterproofed as well as encapsulated. Stay Dry pays attention to little details, they communicate with you along the way and they are really easy to work with. I put my trust in them to fix my foundation and I am so glad I did. I very highly recommend Mark and the Stay Dry team. They do amazing work!

The Stay Dry guys were - to a man - terrific! They were professional, helpful and smiled as they worked! They took care of my family's home which we are getting ready to sell. And since that's a long drive from where I live I haven't been back to re-check the work. But when I left everything looked - and smelled good (we got the air purifier system and had mold remediation done). Once I recheck how that's working I am confident they'll get a full 5 stars from me!. I've already recommended them to a friend. I had a couple companies view my home. Stay dry was not pushy like the others, the workers showed up on time and cleaned up good. I am very happy with this experience

I contacted Stay Dry in connection with water infiltrating our garage. They reacted quickly to my request, did what looks like excellent work, cleaned up extremely well and were generally great to deal with. However, I am a complete novice at this kind of repair. After their initial visit, with half the work done, the estimate increased by 50%, even though the ;additional work had already been identified and, calculating after the fact, the effective hourly rate charged was outrageous. I had a conversation with the owner, who declined to adjust the price, but has offered to install a battery back-up system for our basement sump pump. Conclusion - first class work, but caveat emptor; - ;let the buyer beware

Stay Dry Waterproofing did some crawlspace work for me. Some interior walls were separating from the ceiling, due to a soil expansion problem, so they installed foundation support beams which fixed the problem. They also cleaned/fumigated the crawlspace because they found some fungus/mold. Lastly they installed an interior perimeter drain system that they connected to the existing water pump basin. I am absolutely satisfied with all the work. The crew did a great job! I spoke to the crew lead a couple times during the project, and he took the time to explain, in detail, everything they were doing and how it was going. He was very informative. It made me confident they were on top of things. Mark Menton (Company President) did the initial inspection which led to work being done. He took photos to show his findings and went over everything in detail and provided me with different options to solve the issues. He was easy to work with and a true professional. After we agreed on the best approach to address the problems he provided an itemized cost list for the project. The cost was very reasonable and very competitive to other estimates I had done. I went with Stay Dry Waterproofing because of their high ratings on their reviews and Mark'professionalism. I am glad I did. I highly recommend them.
