I contracted Tim's Home Improvement from my hometown of Mansfield Ohio to replace a 27 year old roof. Tim sat down and reviewed the different options for a metal and asphalt roof. He also reviewed all finance options. I contracted with him on 2/28/16 and his staff completed the job on 4/27/16. The crew was very energetic, focused and worked well together. There were 8 people assigned to the project. I am elated about the entire job from Tim's initial visit to the completion of the roof itself. His company is very honorable and he does take care of his clients with a high level of urgency. You cannot really indicate the overall score for another 6 months minimum but at this point this company is off the charts on quality and dedication to exceptional service.

Very easy to work with

The windows are great quality. The installation was rough leaving damage to the window sills. Mike and Tommy were great and really tried to make sure we were happy.

The siding crew Rodney and Brad did an amazing job. They are very professional and polite. The quality of their work was amazing and they are very particular and detailed. Several people driving by my home stopped and wrote down Tim's contact information and a friend of ours in construction said it was the best work he has ever seen by a siding crew. Best money spent and a great value.

they did what i ask for and for the price they quota . the crew worked long hours to keep ahead of the weather which i was very please with. good job............

Jim and the guys were extremely nice and helpful. This was our first roofing project and they made everything easy to understand and even went above what I felt they had to do to assist us.

Make sure you get a starting and ending date in the contract

I'm pleased with their customer service in that they were there when I needed them. The products that they used were top of the line in terms of quality. The warranty is phenomenal; they back up their work and the brands that they use as well. Brand is GAF. The only thing that I'm not happy about is the replacement skylight in which its length is to long and its width is to short for its covered area. That will have to be another project to fix. They cleaned up after themselves, and it was a quick job. Only two days to complete.

The roof job seems to be satisfactory, but the power roof vents were not set correctly and ran constantly. over two months I called three times. They are long on promises and short on delivery of action. I was told iminitially that I or my son should go up in the attic and adjust the vents to my liking. I have a bad back and was in the Hospital for treatment in January2010. My son that lives at home also has a bad back. I have waited two months for warranty infomation and direction on the power vents with no success. I finally asked my son who lives in Toledo to come down and adjust the power vents. They were set at Temp 70 and Humidity 40 %.

Shawn was very knowledgable about the widows and answered all are questions. On April 22nd 2010 Charlie and his son arrived to install windows and patio slider. They were very concientous and did a great job installing all the above. We had a damaged screen and they went ahead and ordered a new one not here yet. We noticed the slider screen wasn't closing Charlie came back and found the screen was warped that's why it wasn't closing properly. He ordered a new one. Will call when it comes in. Otherwise everything else was great. Thanks

Tim's Mid Ohio Home Improvements, Inc. recently replaced my roof. They were on time; cleaned up very well; acted responsibly; answered my many questions; were respectful of my property; discussed some options (with the soft wood issue on a section of the roof) with me before they fixed the problem; reviewed every step of the roof replacement that they completed, and finished in the 2 day time period that they wrote on the proposal. I would recommend them in the future.

I shopped six others people, Tim had one of the best prices with better quality materials and did a great job. He was very easy to work with.Can't go wrong with Tin's Mid-Ohio. Jon

Tim was pleasant to work with; explained everything clearly and quoted us a fair price. When we had some problems with the gutters after the work was finished, he came back and made things right for us. Our new roof looks great, and we are happy with Tim's work.
