Excellent service ,friendly, and helpful.

They had a difficult time getting information on our lift since the secretary had quit and the boss was having to do everything in the office, and so things were slow in getting information to our repairmen. They spent their wasted time in cleaning and oiling the lift and framework while waiting for their questions to be answered. The men where very helpful.

they said in 2 days will be build & done which they were good to their word would hire them again if had to for another job!

It took a little longer to complete the process than I would have preferred, but the quality of the work was well worth the wait. Considering that their specialty is rather narrow, and that they offer service to a wide area, I am not disappointed. I recommend them.

They were great. I called to get an estimate on Mon. and he said he could install on Tues. but I was busy so we went for wed. The boys came in and installed my chairlift in an hour or little more, that includes teaching me all the ins and outs. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I can not say enough about this company. We contacted them with an immediate need for a chair lift for my mother as well as bars installed in her shower and bathroom. I left a voicemail with my needs after hours and was contacted the next morning right when they opened. They were so helpful and accommodating. The customer service at Shaw & Ott is above and beyond. They were not only so compassionate but so helpful to discuss all of my options. They had someone out to look at my mothers home immediately . My father was so impressed with them and they assured him they would have my mother all set up before she came home from the hospital. Each person we dealt with was beyond proffesional . I NEVER do reviews and felt compelled to do one for this wonderful company. I don't know that I have ever been more impressed with a company services. I will continue to reccomend them to everyone I know.
