I've been a long customer of theirs for years and not I will never take any of my three cars to them ever again. I brought one car in for brakes and to repaint a back piece where the third light was. The third light broke, reverse lights, spoiler, cruise control wouldn't work afterwords. They couldn't fix it so they had Auto Clinic look at it. Now Baker's wants to stick me with the bill from Auto Clinic because of a wiring harness that they had hands on because of the third light and apparently shorted out all of these items listed above. The car wasn't in this condition when it was left and Baker's doesn't stand by their work to give the car back in the condition it was given. The new manager Jim is horrible and a complete liar. Mary Jo has been the point of contact for years and this is very disappointing that she would handle my situation when I bring them thousands of dollars a year to them.

From the time I stepped in the door, I was treated like I was their best customer. This was the first time I had ever been to Baker's and I was referred to them by co-workers. The entire staff was very professional and friendly and the office was clean, inviting, and even relaxing. They had a quiet, separate area where you could sit and speak with the car rental company. From what I could see in the shop area, it was also very clean and organized. It was hard to believe this was a place that worked on vehicles. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needed any type of service performed on their vehicle. You will not be disappointed.
