"We want to thank the member for his kind review of VesCo Residential Cleaning. We always encourage criticism / communication from our customers about the work we do and it is our main goal that VesCo customers are satisfied with the work we complete. I remember this particular job as it was a one time move in cleaning and one of the first jobs my wife and I worked together on. Just to be accurate according to our records and my recollection, this job was complete on 07/2008 not 2009. My wife and I were just starting out together in this business and we were definitely in the midst of developing our cleaning methods and procedures. With that being said our policy is that the customer is always right and we mean that. Our work is guaranteed 100%. If any of our customers have an issue with work quality or lack of we will come back out to the sight free of charge and correct what ever we missed or did not do, simple as that. We operate in this manner because we care about our customers and we care about what they think of VesCo. He is a great guy and we enjoyed his business. We would be happy to work for him any time.
