We use a limited number of subcontractors, mainly plumbing, electrical, and Hvac All of our subcontractors have been working with us for 10 years or more and we warrant all of our work. Remodeling projects large or small carry the same warranty as our new homes. One year product and labor warranties apply to everything we do.
