We worked with JB to replace our siding and gutters. He was extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. He kept in touch throughout the process and was sure that we were happy with the finished product. He went out of his way to make sure we had the color siding that we really wanted, even though it wasn't initially in the sample book. JB also made some great recommendations on small touches that made a big difference.

We highly recommend French Creek. Mr Brooks is friendly and easy to work with. Everything around our house including landscaping was covered with tarps. When finished all materials were cleaned up and removed. Work was completed in one day.

Description of Work: Labor only to replace 27 old windows with new Simonton replacement windows. It was completed slightly ahead of schedule. Jim and his associate did a great job both inside and out. The owner of the company, James Brooks, was great to work with as the Simonton windows were provided as a prize from a "This Old House" contest I won.

Faced with a different type of insulation that I purchased, the supervisor determined the best way to solve the problem encountered on the spot and the team went on to complete the job.
