We enjoy using this room a great deal. It is quite comfortable in winter. In the summer, the windows open and all the screens let the fresh air in. I can say it took about four days for them to assemble it once it arrived. They are very time efficient. It only took them about thirty days to completely construct our new room and have it installed.

What had attracted me the most about this company was that they are not a very big company at all. I like the smaller companies. They seem to do a better job. The workers here were very nice and I have nothing bad to say about them at all. We had some hail damage done to the patio and they came right out, found the damage and fixed it. They also found some damage that they had done when laying the patio and they fixed that as well.

The sunroom was completed in just about two weeks. I have not found any leaks in any of the windows or anything either. When they installed it, they were very respectful of our home and our time. It is just beautiful.

The workmanship and the finished product are excellent! The installers were fantastic. They left the area cleaner than when they found it! I'm delighted with the enclosure and very satisfied with the service I received. However, the price, in my opinion, was very high. In spite of the high cost, I would still highly recommend them and use them again myself.

I was informed that the person that assisted us (not Carol Hronek) was no longer there and she had completely mishandled the paperwork. Imagine my surprise. I was told that I should have called sooner. I informed them that I was the customer and that they should have called me. We had to do all the work. Apparently, Patio Enclosure feels that it is completely up to the customer to initiate all questions and completely not their responsibility to notify of any problems with the order. Very slipshod operation, very uncaring no matter how much or little you spend with them. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend them to anyone even though my problem was resolved, supposedly. I am to receive the ottomans on Thursday June 22, 2006. We'll see. Very disappointing, given their extensive advertising.

Because of the problems we can not recommend. 1) Deposit was given and no followup contact-we had to call them 5 weeks later-salesman dropped out immediately-bad attitude-just gave us a tel number to call 2) Told we would see more detailed plans-never shown to us 3) Workers damaged Pella window frames on ladders and denied. Finally repaired by Pella but does not look right-asked for foreman to come out-never saw him after the first day-Dan was rude on the phone until he came out and was shown the damage and photos we took before start with no damage 4) Concrete workers washed tub out onto custom brick patio that now has concrete stains which have to wear off 5) Concrete workers washed out truck in our driveway and left mess 6) Electrician not professional- argued with me about the back up exhaust system that was not working-said we had to pay him when guarantee was in place 7) No person in charge-made it difficult to get answers-always had to start from square 1

Patio Enclosures did a good job for us however there is always room for improvement. We are very pleased with how the sun roof turned out. They came out and went over the plans with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had no problems and they cleaned up well. The room fits well and looks how we wanted it.

This company did a great job. Since I live in Portage county they had to dig and pour a concrete block foundation. They tried to reason with the county but this cost me an extra $1800 for the construction. All of the digging and wood and siding work happened during the very cold and snowy conditions at the start of this winter. Everything happened in a very timely fashion. The workers did everything they could to keep the work site clean and organized. The doors,windows and custom peak glass was all installed even earlier than I expected. I have only one very minor complaint considering the weather conditions. I found several screws and metal slivers that were dropped during their daily cleanups. I am very happy with my new sunroom and would recommend this company highly. I also invited all of the workers to return this summer when I landscape and furnish our new addition.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY BAD. NO CALL BACKS, LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT, SALES PERSON WOULD HAVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS TO THE SAME QUESTION ON DIFFERENT DAYS, OR NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AT ALL. HAVING PURCHASED MORE THAN ONE ITEM, ONLY THE ELECTRIC INSERT FOR THE FIREPLACE REMAINED TO BE FINISHED. THE FRAMING AROUND THE INSERT AND THE FIREPLACE WAS IMPROPERLY MEASURED LEAVING A 1 1/2 INCH GAP BETWEEN THE INSERT AND THE FIREPLACE. THE INSTALLER TOLD ME HE WOULD COME IN A WEEK AND FIX IT, WELL FIVE MONTHS LATER THEY FINALLY CALLED ME BACK TO SEE WHY I HAD NOT PAID THE REMAINING BILL AT WHICH TIME I TOLD THEM I WAS WAITING FOR THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED. I NEGOTIATED A LESSER REMAINING BALANCE AND TOLD THEM NOT TO COME TO MY HOME FOR ANYTHING. IT WAS A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER WALK INTO A PATIO ENCLOSURE STORE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
