Minka Painting Company- I paid for Exterior painting of house with foundation, They also installed deck boards on my front porch. They started out doing a great job I entrusted Minka Company to work while I was at work. The Exterior of house was scaped , however. they didn't caulk to smooth out areas after they scaped, which left tons of uneven surface on the house. Then they power wash the bricks and I don't know what was use in the power, the bricks are peeling I can see the older paint from previous painting coming though, I went with a Gray , which I really don't they the foundation was painted at all. Minka Company also tore out my front porch, replaced with Deck Boards, which now I see that the porch is level. I had called repeatedly to contact Mauro the Company Owner, This work started in 2023. Mauro was sent numberous text message, voicemails and I even spoken with him. Mauro is repeatedly telling me the weather is not permitting him to complete the job. I trusted him thinking he would have integrity and perform a professional job, since he did come highly recommended. I paid for the Exterior and Porch boards replacement, thinking he could come back as promised. I have waiting over a 1 year and months for him to return the stain the Deck Boards. He has yet to come complete the service I paid for in cash. I basically can't refer this company to anyone. The results were very unprofessional. VERY DISPOINTED WITH THE JOB. I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION .

Mauro and his team did a fabulous job when painting the exterior side of my house. Mauro takes pride in his work, everything was truly magnificent and professional from the prep to the final touches. I could not be any happier with the he has done and I highly recommend Minka painting.

Minka Painting is an excellent and professional company and provided exceptional services and pricing. Mauro, the owner always communicated with us whenever we had questions and provided painting services according to contract. He & his workers did an excellent job in power washing and scraping our home, which was in bad shape. However, it was the parts of the job that was went above and beyond the scope of our contract that really impressed us. Part of the sideboard to the roof had come apart, which they fixed no charge. There were areas under our porch we hadn't included, they made sure were painted. They cleaned our yard and our neighbor's yard before completing the job. They even replaced missing bulbs in our flood light. They applied 2 coats of topcoat as contracted, when we pointed out a couple areas we thought could use more paint they re-applied more paint. Whenever Mauro was unavailable, his brother, Carlos was on sight to make sure everything ran smoothly or talk to us about the job. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. We would definitely recommend Minka Painting to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy company.

Mauro was exceptional. His crew showed up when he said and kept in touch with any delays (weather). By far the best painter I have ever used. Even painted behind the downspouts and took off the light fixtures. Polite, professional, friendly. Would absolutely use again and again.

Though there was a bit of delay in the start of the project due to weather and scheduling; the final product was worth the wait! Minka was very professional from start to finish once the work began. We are very happy with our newly painted house, and the final product is truly a transformation to behold!
