I wanted to have more than just a grass cutting and yard clean up service. It was very difficult to get in touch w the owner and often didn?t get calls returned. The work they did do was fine. Billing was inconsistent and late on at least one occasion.

We hired him to plow our parking lot. He insisted on getting paid in full before the season started. We were not comfortable paying $2000. We agreed to pay in installments but still be fully paid up by midseason. We were not comfortable with that either but it was too close to the snowfall to find a new plower. We paid the first invoice for 1000 but were not sent out an invoice for the second and third installments. In March, he sent out an invoice for the balance plus late fees. I told him we will pay the balance but not the late fees as we never received the other invoices and we never agreed to pay late fees. He said to pay the original balance first. After paying the remainder of the balance he said he will not plow the lot until we pay the late fees too. This person is dishonest and extremely difficult to work with. I would highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and find an honest person to work with.

Came out the very day I called to do a first mow & spring clean up. Job well done. Was a little more than Iâ ve spent in the past, but if they continue to be this reliable, will continue to use for regular lawn maintenance.

Contractor completed the project without calling or giving the customer an estimate. Showed up at customers house without calling first and when he completed the project the back yard was serviced customer did not want back yard to be serviced.

Very professional, personable, and they are oh so easy to communicate with both in person, and through messaging if needed. Winslow especially, loves their kindness and attention; NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT!

So far, all of the services have yet to be completed and I have not received a bill. I was unable to proceed unless a rating was given, thus 1/2 star rating--value for money spent. However, in speaking with John, he was very professional and answered any questions I had. Regarding the lawn maintenance portion of the work John was contracted to perform, he and his team attacked that right away.

very unsatisfactory work John is a nice guy but sent 3 young guys who did shoddy work. No clean up and the yard looks worse than before. We never saw John again.Will not recommend or use this company again.

The owner is very professional and friendly and they took care of a new customer right away and followed up.

John was very polite when we initially spoke. John came by and took a look at my yard and quoted me $80-$100 for 45 min. I asked John when workers would be out. He was not sure but assured me it would be after 430p i explained we would not be home. i sent him a text of what we needed done to yard. At 518p my daughter called and said they were finished and we owed them $160. I called spoke with John who assured me they did all the work really well and there was a misunderstanding with Home advisor. I came home and there are still leaves and trash in my yard. I have taken pictures of the work done and wish i could upload it to this site.

John was incredible to work with. Very professional, responsive. Looking forward to working with this company into the future.
