They did a great job!

Pro improvement services did an amazing job on our exterior painting. They were there when they promised and communication was very good. The house looks great!

Job started out rough but the repair of the deck and building of a new gate came out great. Staining/seal of the deck turned out as ok. Some of the stain splashed onto the siding which the owner instructed the workers to clean but not all was removed. Also between the cracks of the deck the workers were instructed to apply the stain and seal to all those. Some spots were missed but all in all the job looks good minus those two things. Towards the end on the last day the worker left to do the work seemed as though he just wanted to be done with the job and didn't understand when I was showing him the remaining spots.

He took his time and planned it out and did a fantastic job. It looks beautiful on top. Like brand new . He even cut the limbs that were hitting the top also. He cut the shakes to fit and painted them the black that they needed to be and added the pieces of trim to cover the cracks but before he put them up he caulked the cracks to keep out the water from coming in the top. He also touched up the paint of reddish brown, the color of the gazebo. A very time consuming job but it was worth it in the end. Thanks

The job was completed earlier than expected. Care was done not to disturb my landscaping. The siding looks very good.

The front porch columns were rotting, gutter cleaned & trim, gutters, front of house painted. The carpenter found columns that support the roof were rotten. He jacked up the roof for support, he put a wood post in one of the columns for better support. The workers were polite & professional. They knew that I worked 3rd shift and were very courteous not to interrupt me. Everything looks great

Being that I have to do things at a distance they where very accommodating with me and tenants on site showed up as promised estimates on timely manner and work completed as contracted

They did a real good job, I'm very pleased with it. I had several quotes and the gentleman that came out gave a price that was very reasonable. I would recommended them highly anytime.
