Everything went very well. I had sent Doug the list of tasks in advance and then we reviewed when he arrived promptly. He explained which tasks he was good with tackling (most of them) and which specialty tasks he recommended I use a service provider who specialized in those areas (e.g., refinishing hardwood floors). I appreciated his honesty. Doug brings many supplies in his van and then he was happy to pick up additional supplies needed for the various projects. He made recommendations of other general maintenance services for my consideration but was not pushy about it. He was professional and I would definitely use Doug in the future for handyman tasks. The cost above reflected a full day's work plus the cost of supplies required which seemed reasonable.
