Jason Lance was the only contractor that answered my request for a quote. Once we agreed to move forward, Jason fit us into his schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.

Jason did an excellent job. There were a lot of issues with our gazebo he was innovative in solving them. He treated it like it was his own property . I definitely will hire him again. This guy provided a quote without looking at the job, and wanted stupid amount of money. Dude if you don’t want to work, just say you don’t want to work or that’s not your trade or skill. Don’t waste other people’s time!
