Do Not Hire This Company!!!! Advised Brandon that he had broken my granite table and marred my dresser. He told me that he would credit my account for 30% of total cost. I waited. Nothing. Month later, texted him again and he said sorry, that should have been done already. Another month goes by and again nothing. Left a few more texts and nothing. He would not answer any calls coming from my phone so I called him from another number and miraculously he answered. Asked him again for the credit and told him that I was very upset that he was ignoring my requests for the credit for my broken furniture. He said well you'll have to send me your venmo information, that's the only way that I can do it. But the first time he told me that he would credit my card that I had used to pay initially. So I sent him my venmo information. 2 weeks later, still no credit and will not answer my calls or respond to my texts. Told him that I would be contacting the BBB and leaving him a negative review if he didn't take care of the issue--nothing. Guess he doesn't care about bad reviews or his integrity. He straight up lied to me again and again. DO NOT HIRE

Look no further. If you get connected with Moving Masters these are the guys you definitely want to hire! You will be glad you did. Moving from one state to another can be a little nerve wracking, especially for the first time! These guys took all the worry out of the process. They are courteous, polite and above all professional. There was an unforeseen circumstance that could have resulted in a reschedule but they were determined to get my job done and they did! Not just haphazardly either. A job well done! Brandon kept me informed all along the way. Shout out to Julian too! I appreciate what you guys did for me. I’d hire you again…in a heartbeat! It went very well. They showed up on time , They were very courteous and helpful . The unloading went just as quickly as the loading up and they were great guys.

Brandon and his crew were outstanding. He and his crew arrived on time and called to let me know they were close. They were respectful, careful with all of my things, and efficient! I will definitely use Moving Masters LLC again.
