Rick Pilger was recommended to us by our realtor, Jason Bowman. We looked at a couple other loan providers, but Rick had the best rate. From the very beginning, Rick made himself available to talk to us and go over all our options. He worked around our busy work schedules, so if we had a question late in the evening, we could always call and email and get a quick response. As first-time home buyers, closing costs were pretty confusing to us. Rick went over each closing cost line by line, so that when it came to signing the documents, nothing was a surprise. He really put us at ease, and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as it possibly could be. We were very lucky to work with a fantastic realtor, inspector, and mortgage specialist. They were pretty much the dream team, we could not be happier with how well everything went.
