Jiffy Lube® Service Center

I think they were a little high. I think it ended up costing me some $60 because my car has almost 200,000 miles on it. It was closer to $70. They were efficient and quick. The bad thing was, how much it cost. But I guess you pay for how quick they do things.

I typically go to another provider in the area for auto service, but in the interest of time went to this quick service location on this day. About 3 weeks after the oil change, fluid started leaking onto my (newly re-sealed) driveway and garage floor. I had taken the car to my regular auto service provider for new tires, and while I was there had them check for the source of the leaks. They confirmed it was oil. The seating of the oil filter and previous filter installation looked fine, however the oil filter itself was failing after less than a month. I subsequently paid the second provider for another oil change with higher quality parts only weeks after the oil change at Jiffy Lube.

If the oil filter failure was the only issue, I would not have left this review, since out of box failures can occur regardless of parts quality. However, that day I also paid for new wiper blades (I know it's not a good price for wiper blades... I was in a hurry and paid for the convenience). A couple weeks later my wife complained that that her wiper blades were not working and asked if I hadn't just had them replaced. I went to check the blades and when I lifted the arm on the driver's side, the blade just fell off: They didn't even install the wiper blades correctly. This could have resulted in a very dangerous situation under the wrong circumstances.

I have tried calling the store to speak to the manager, but they do not seem to have a working number. The phone number listed on their website goes to a fast busy, and the only phone number on my receipt is never answered and goes to fax machine after several rings, with no option to leave a voicemail. It's my hope that the manager of the store reads this and simply reinforces the importance of their safety and quality inspections. My wife's car supposedly received one. I won't make the mistake of expecting such simple tasks be handled by 3rd parties again.

the low pressure light came on and I saw the Jiffy Lube and stopped in and asked if I could get air in the tires. They were very nice, assured me the air was no charge and I was out in just a few minutes. I am always impressed by great customer service!

I came in to to the site for an oil change. I asked one technician if they could add an after market additive (SLICK 50) to my car. He responded that he would gladly added. I waited into their waiting area.After 10 minutes or so , another technician called me in to offer additional services that this site offers. After I gently refused for additional services, I noticed that the second technician changed his demeanor. He asked me to wait again in the waiting area. After five minutes, the second technician flatly refused to add the after market additive to my car. I have mentioned that his site gladly added the same after market additive to my other car and this time, he does not want to add it. I was really upset.

They know me by heart. If my light goes on, I run over there and they fix it. They don't even charge me . I get my oil changes over there and they're really nice and do it in such a quick manner and all the guys are really fabulous. They told me my battery need charge so I got I new one. They even advised me not to get the battery there but at Auto Zone to save money. They fix everything right away. When you go in for an oil change, they check everything under the hood and tell you what's wrong with it.

Service was prompt, staff was courteous. Once it was completed the price really surprised me. I also felt a lot of pressure to buy other services from them. After seeing the price of the oil change, I was not in the mood for another shock.

Great price, good service, minimal wait, very professional and courteous staff, the only reason I haven't been there in the past few years is I have free oil changes and service for the first 30,000 miles, but will be going back soon!

Everything there is as expected. The mechanics there are very nice. I have never had to take my car back there after they fixed anything. They are pretty honest.
