NOT WELL! THE AMOUNT OF $1100 CAME UP MISSING FROM MY WALLET. I ADVISED THEM OF THE THEFT. THE SOLUTION THYE CAME UP WITH WAS $55 OFF OF 10 CLEANINGS. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE THEFT BUT REFUSED TO PAY. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW BCS IN MY HOME.

It went great ! My house is going on the market in 2 days. I have cleaned and cleaned garage and basement etc but I just didn't have what it takes to clean light fixtures, switchplates,dust moldings and all of those chores to make my house spic and span. They were recommended to me . There was a team of 4 cleaners and it took them only about 2 hours. My house looks wonderful and they were reasonable for all the work they did and to keep me sane!

Everything went well. They arrived a bit earlier than planned, but luckily we had returned home a few minutes prior. They, a four person crew, went to work immediately. They work extremely hard. They were also more than kind along the way. In the end, my wife was beyond pleased with their work and I had purchased their deal for her, so it was worth every penny. Just an FYI, I thought they were speaking Spanish initially which I can speak a bit of. However, I eventually learned (after speaking Spanish and seeing confusion), this crew spoke Portuguese. Thus, they really needed to use phone translation to communicate most things. Just be prepared for that. Awesome crew that did a great job. Thank you!

I have used this company twice before several years ago and was very pleased with their service, but have to ding them on a few things today. They were on time and professional. The bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. There was a 5 person crew and they were in and out of our 2300 square foot home in a little over 2 hours. Several things I noticed after they left (they did have me do a walk through, so some of this is on me) made me feel like they had rushed the job a bit. First of all, and this could have been due to the language barrier, I specifically asked them to stay out of my husband's office, and they didn't, and they totally missed my sunroom which is adjacent to he family room. It had not been dusted or vacuumed. I was available if they needed to ask about it. Several other surfaces still had random areas of dust like they had been wiped quickly. I had to move furniture and some other items back in place. That being said, I realize this is likely a very busy time of year for them, and we will have no reason not to use them again, but today wasn't the A+ job we expected.

I am so happy with them! The process went smoothly from my first price inquiry. They were friendly and responded swiftly and communicated well throughout the process. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and smelled wonderful. I will be using them for my regular cleaning as well.

The deep clean was AMAZING! My house was SO clean and smelled very nice! I loved it so much I hired them for every other week cleaning! My kitchen and bathrooms sparkle and they even vacuumed my couches! They are on time and very detailed with the clean. The staff is very nice and courteous!

It went great! We started with a deep clean and are going to start cleaning on a regular basis! Renata is friendly, courteous and very professional. The people who came and did the cleaning were very thorough and did all of the nice little things that make a big difference! They oraganized things on the counters, folded blankets and towels. I would highly recommend them!

Brazilian Cleaning Solutions is inexpensive and gives about B level service overall - so I see the value as pretty good. They have been flexible in scheduling time to accommodate our work schedule and that is valued as well. Some crews are better than others. Most of the individuals do not speak English which is frustrating when trying to communicate. I have found that they are a bit wasteful, using multiple trash bags, despite requests not to do so. Paper towels (more than they could use) and a squeegee have left my home, which is understandable once or twice, but I have experienced this at least three times over the six months I have been using them.
