I bought a $99 big deal for this service. It went good. They pointed out some things. I asked the guy to give me a quote and I never got one unless he posted it on Angie's List and I did not see it. I really wanted that stuff fixed. I just got busy with other stuff and never followed up. He gave me a verbal quote, but I never got it on paper. Even if I got the quote you would have thought they would have followed up.
"We dropped the ball on this. Once we discovered the review our owner called this customer himself and apologized. At that point our owner offered to go to customers house himself so he could make things right and he contracted the work. We pride ourselves in customer service and if we fall short we want the customers to know we care and to make things right with them. Brent was a great customer and a prior service vet come to find out and we gave him a military discount as we honor all Veterans. We are a Veteran owned company so we ask all customers if they were prior service. We enjoy giving out that discount."

Once I choose Ascent Roofing to replace my roof, Jeff was on site for the majority of the work being done. His roofing crew were incredibly hard working and professional men. My property was respected, and once they left, I would not have known they were here, other than the fact, I observed their work. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Jeff is a man of his word and possesses the integrity to be honest, no matter what the issue may be, He will make your job right and to your complete satisfaction. A rare find in this world when many times, the attitude is "take the money and run"!! I feel very fortunate for having such an honest man in charge of a major important project on my home.

Deciding I needed to get this project going I called Ascent Roofing and had someone at my house the next day for the estimate. Jeff explained the company history in detail and of course, the information needed for my roof. Once I decided to go with Ascent Roofing the job was completed in one day the next week. They even attached a fascia board that had come lose. They covered bushes to protect them and removed and returned all furniture from my deck to protect it. The area around my house was spotless when they were finished. A few screens were ripped as the old roofs were taken off but were fixed in a very timely manner.
"Unfortunately, we do not handle critter control and damage was being caused by squirrels. I personally followed up with this customer to try and help address the issues and never heard back. We'll make every effort to help address issues and if it's not a service we offer, we try our best to recommend possible solutions or refer a qualified contractor that we trust."
