Ascent Roofing Solutions

We were very happy with them. They actually completed our roof in one day so that was wonderful and then we just had to wait for an inspection by the owner of the company and once he had his inspection completed we received a warranty which was a five year warranty. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a big deal from them and they came out and looked at it and decided that the work did not need to be done.

The work was done very well and much to my satisfaction. We did have to reschedule several time due to poor weather. Once started the work had to be completed. The repairer re-worked appointments to be sure he could finish. An unexpected finishing touch was to paint the chimney flashing to match the shingles. The repairer also went over the guarantee thoroughly.

I purchased the big deal from Angie’s List. I got my $99 worth but I was a little disappointed. He came on his time that he was supposed to but he said he had to go and schedule it for later because he only brought a twenty two foot ladder but he needed a thirty two foot ladder. He scheduled for another day but some job came up and he had to postpone it again so that was a little bit irritating. He went ahead and did what he said he would do on the roof. He checked things out and said he cleaned the gutters but I can’t tell because I can’t see it there. One of the pictures that he did take was of a flashing near the chimney and it was sticking up. I seemed to have read that the idea was to track down any loose flashing and that one he didn’t do. I didn’t notice it till later and I thought it was just a little thing. He said he’ll be back the next day, he came back and I think it was either raining or he had another job. He came on the third go around that he said he would. He apologized and he was very nice about it but that was the only thing I had to complain about. It was good price. I would give him a second chance and use him again.

Cleaned the gutters and informed me the roof was damaged. Worked with me to submit claim and met the adjuster at the house.

Leroy was outstanding in every way, very professional. He explained everything well, and he took photographs to show us the "before" and "after." We will definitely call Ascent for any future roof repairs.

I originally used this company as a result of an Angies's List Big Deal. I was so impressed with the work that was done then that I hired them again without any hesitation. He arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. He loosened the gutter and then refastened it properly so the water would flow to the downspouts. This was an extremely long run for the gutter (we have a very large ranch) and he handled all the work himself because they are so busy right now. This meant he had to go up and down the ladder numerous times but he didn't complain he just got the work done. Unfortunately I forgot to write his name down but he was a great representative of the company. I would hire them again without reservation,

I had an electrician in to find a fault in our electrical system. The electrician fixed the problem , but said we had a serious problem in as much that one of our 2 power vents had a huge hole in the cover and rain was pouring into our attic. I went to Angie's list, found Ascent Roofing and they came out and replaced the power-vent in the rain, saving untold damage to our attic and ceilings. They did an excellent job in adverse conditions and we polite, professional and friendly. They cleaned up their work site and left no issues, I would recommend them highly. I don't know if the $427.00 was a good price or not, but it included the cost of the new power-vent and given the situation, I would gladly pay it again. I definitely recommend these folks if you need work done.

They called me and asked if they could come a little early which I was pleased about. He was very clean and did a very good job. He took pictures of some roofing issues that he found that he said need to be fixed in the near future which was nice.

I was pleased with it and they were very professional. The guy went up on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He took a lot of pictures, came down, and showed us the different areas of concern. His explanation was very technical, but I'm not a roofer. He was using a lot of words and I didn't know what he was talking about, so it was a little confusing. It was pretty good, but the problem was that his price was really high for what we needed. I also had to call their office a couple of times.

The company was very responsive to our phone call for an appointment. He was running early on the day of our appointment and called to ask if it would be OK to come early - this was a nice surprise. He was courteous and professional. He explained what he did to clean the gutters and that he tested them to make sure everything is draining OK. It was a pretty rainy July so there were several opportunities to test his work. Before he came our gutters were overflowing badly and this is no longer a problem.

They came and looked at my house. With all of the additional work needed to be done to have the deal honored, I decided not to pursue the work. But they were awesome to work with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. The service was great. They called and set up an appointment. It took about 3 times for them to actually do the service because of the weather. They were really good about it. The first time he came out it was so bad that I told him that he should have just called to reschedule because I wouldn't let him up on the roof. They actually sent somebody out so that were great. It only took less than an hour to do the whole thing. The first couple of times they came, the roof was ice covered.

Steve explained every detail of his work, with professionalism and courtesy. He took measurements in the house to help find the leak in the roof. He found errors with the past workmanship regarding the correct placement of the shingles, nails and flashing. This overall lack of knowledge from the past contractor lead to the leak which was corrected by Ascent Roofing. I also felt that the materials and labor of the project surely outweighed the cost we received. When the time comes and a new roof is in order, I will not hesitate to call Ascent Roofing.

They are good people and did good work. They forgot to come back and get their stuff. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. I am having them do some gutter work now. Everything about them was great, except they forgot to get their stuff. They were pretty fast. I will use them again.

Ascent Roofing did a fantastic job! Everyone that we dealt with the very polite and professional, extremely customer focused. They delivered on everything that they promised they would. The true test was completed today. They actually completed the job about a week ago, and then the owner came out to inspect the work (I know, think about how often you see that kind of customer service) I had found some things that I wanted them to correct, and they also had not installed the heating element. I was told that due to the holiday week, that it might not be done until this week, but no later than today. Just as promised, when I got home this evening I checked and everything was done as I was told it would be. Of course, it is hard to predict how the roof will hold up and what issues might crop up over the long-term, but I am very confident based on what I have experienced thus far that if there are any issues that Ascent will be right there to take care of them. I would highly recommend using them.

The work was done very quickly and neatly. The fan is small and is just a small rectangular insert into to roof of the house.It does seem to help quite a bit with cooling the upstairs of my cape cod home on hot days.

They were courteous and explained what they were going to do. They gave us various options that we weighed and choose from. They came when they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves quite well. The windows were actually quite nice and I can't remember anything negative about the experience. It resolved all positive. We were pleased with what they did for the money.

The first time the work was done it was completed in one day...the workers stayed on the job for 12 hours. I was unhappy with the lie of some of the tiles, they came back immediately and reinstalled new shingles. They were very pleasant and were very sensitive to my approval of the job done.

LeRoy was on-time, courteous, professional and answered all of my questions.

The whole job went like clockwork. The crew arrived mid morning and went to work removing the old shingles,then found additional damage to wood caused by the leaking roof. New wood was purchased and installed. At 5:00 pm the crew was finished, the area had been gone over for nails, old roofing, etc.. I did a final walk around with Darren Stanze, the project manager. At 5:30 pm the crew was finished and was leaving.Darren stayed in close contact to be sure I was totally satisfied, and I was. The job went well and I was/am still very, very satisfied. I would not hesitate to call them for any future work. I have recommended them several time since.

Leroy was very professional, courteous. He didn't try to sell us the moon and the stars, which we really appreciated. We will definitely use them again.

He said there was not blockage and told me why water was running down in certain spots. He told me about some additional services I could have but never got back to me with that information.
