Big Deal offer for whole house gutter cleaning did not include removal/replacement of gutter guards that had been screwed down. Service Provider and I could not find a mutually acceptable price for removing the guards, cleaning the gutters, and replacing the guards, so I went with a different service provider. The Big Deal Provider was very responsive in providing new estimates, etc.which is why I gave them a grade of B.

I wasn't pleased at all. I was going to call them but I just never got around to it. For $99, he was here for like half an hour. He threw the debris from the gutters on the ground and left. I didn't consider that what I would say was a good job. The price was reasonable within what I was seeing. I have a hard time understanding how somebody that cleaned out gutters is worth $100 an hour.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. He also came and gave us an estimate for roofing and other things, but we pursued another lead we had so we did not use them or have them come back. He was going to have a sales rep from the company come out and talk to us, but we did not pursue it. The person who came out to clean the gutters was okay, but we did not think he did much of a gutter clean out. It did not turn out to be the service we thought it would be.

LeRoy came out and inspected the attic and saw that many of the soffit vents were blocked. I went up and checked myself, and yes, they were blocked. LeRoy was able to unblock them, and he had to replace a couple of the baffles. He was friendly, knew what he was doing, and was here when he said he would be.

The work was well done. The firm placed a bid on more extensive roof repairs, but I found a better price from another firm, so did not accept the bid..

Great. On time. No surprises. Polite. Job looked good.

Went great, no issues however it took over a month to get installed from the time we ordered it. Installer did not need to enter the house. Did all the work and clean up in a matter of an hour, even called me to explain the installation on my wife's request.

They came back several times to fix leaking gutter but it continues to leak.

He did a clean and professional job! He got all the leaves out, despite having the gutter guards installed. He cleaned up after the job was done, like no one was even there. The gutters look great.

.I bought a big deal for gutter cleaning and roof inspection. A repairman came to my house to inspect the roof and clean the gutters. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix everything in addition to the gutter cleaning. He provided photos of what was needed on the roof which I thought was a very good thing. My gutter on the front of the house was not pitched correctly and water overflowed onto my sidewalk and porch. In the winter the water would freeze and was a very dangerous hazard. He re-pitched the gutter so the water would drain out correctly and now I do not have water overflowing on my sidewalk and porch. The repairman sent me photos today of the work that was done on the roof. It looks really good. It's a plus to have photos before and after for comparison. The repairman came on time, was professional in his manner and dress. I'm pleased with the work that was done.

They did fine. I used them shortly after I purchased the deal.

Nothing. Did not show up; The Called to cancel about 30 minutes before appointment; Said they would call first of week to reschedule. Never heard futher from them. On October 10th, we tried to reach them and got Voice Mail. Left msg for someone to call and never heard from anyone. This is a roofing company and I suspect that perhaps they do gutter cleaning promotions as just a way to find roof work. Maybe they are very busy and do good roof work; I just have no way of knowing, and I now feel very uneasy now having paid for this in advance. I plan to ask Angies list for a refund and look for someone else.

Acsent Roofing was great to work with. We initially signed up for the $99 gutter cleaning with them. They came out exactly on time on the date we specified. However, they were unable to clean the gutters due to an old gutter guard system that the previous owner of the home had installed. They were extremely courteous and explained that they would have to remove the gutter guard system to clean the gutters, and that there was going to be an additional charge for the removal of the old guard system. They offered to refund the money already paid if I wanted them to - or they could have someone out to do a quick estimate and apply the amount already paid to the total cost of removal and cleaning. I opted to have them remove the old guard system and clean the gutters. Within a week I had an estimate via email from them. I called and scheduled a new time for them to remove the gutter guards and clean out the gutters. They again came on time and removed the gutter guards and cleaned the gutters in a very timely manner. Afterward I got an email from Acsent roofing with pictures of before the the removal, pictures of the clogged gutters after the guards had been removed, and finally pictures of my clean gutters afterward. They were fantastic to work with. Were completely upfront and honest about time and costs. They did the work in an extremely time efficient manner. And finally - they provided documentation of the state of the gutters before and after the cleaning. I would hire them again for any roofing need I had.

They came while I was at work so my husband was the only one that interacted with them. Service was great and I came home to clean gutters.

Even though the expiration date of the "big deal" I purchased had passed, Ascent Roofing opted to honor it anyway upon my inquiry. The service manager was able to schedule the inspection within a very few days after my call and conducted it quickly and efficiently. He showed me digital pictures he had taken of problem areas, then followed up that day by e-mailing me copies and a detailed estimate for completing the work. He said the amount for the inspection would be applied against the cost. Due to unexpected expenses which arose shortly thereafter, I have not yet had the repair work done.

The provider was prompt, clearly explained what he would do, and consulted with me about the location of the installation. He provided me enough information about how the fan operated to guide my decision making about where to have fan located for maximum performance. He answered all my questions satisfactorily, and comp,rated the work in. A timely manner.

I purchased the gutter maintinance package on one of the Daily Deals. The very first apointment was missed due to weather and had to be pushed off. After that they never rescheduled the work and I ended up having to chase them down. It turned out that their "gutter man" had left and I got lost in the shuffle. After finally reaching someone about my issue they had a crew out the next Monday who were very fast and efficient. The guys were friendly and did good work.

Leroy cleaned the gutters and notified me that the vent pipe flashing on the upper roof had a large gap in it. He said he would get me an estimate for repair. I didn't get an estimate or hear any further from the company, so I hired Benchmark Roofing and the repaired it.

He did a very thorough job on cleaning the gutters. I also asked him to take a look at our roof to find any damage and check the overall condition. He did check it out and gave me a very detailed response on the condition, steps I should take next and what to consider when hiring either a roofer or gutter contractor,

We had discussed reattaching a gutter that was lying on the ground while performing the services and were told on the phone that would be done at no additional charge but it was not. We were not notified when the services would be performed and no one was home when the services were done.

It was a very good experience. They got the job done quickly. We have not had any problems with the roof.

Tech (LeRoy) showed up right on time and completed job in timely manner. Was able to work around other contractors at the residence efficiently. Tech thoroughly answered any questions I had and emailed me detailed photos of existing issues. He also gave me referral companies for chimney repairs needed. I trust this company and would recommend them to others.

They were quick to respond to our request for a quote. We did not use them because they could not get us on their schedule as quickly as we needed the service.

The gutters they cleaned were on our rental property, so we were not there to actually interact with them. We haven't had any problems with rain overflow in the gutters, so they must have done at least an adequate job.

The fellow doing the work was friendly and on time. When he arrived he said I had gutter guards and there would be an additional charge. I let him know that when I scheduled the appointment I told the woman I had spoken to on the phone about the gutter guards. I let her know that they were metal screens laying on the gutters and at that time she didn't mention an additional charge. When he got up on the roof he said he wasn't going to charge me an additional charge. The guards that I thought were just laying over the gutters had been nailed in place under the roof on one side when I had a new roof put on a couple of years ago. It took him about 30 minutes and he was gone.
