Our office manager said we do not do that kind of work and gave the individual the name and phone number of somebody that does. Not sure how you can give any company a C rating for not doing specific type of work and even referred him to a company that does and of course this a individual will not call us back . "We schedule the appointment which we always schedule with home owners . If the homeowner does not schedule to meet with us we do not schedule. So the appointment was made with home owner . Our top notch amazing service tech Lyndon who has been with the company for 5 years that has a lot of experience went to the appointment he was on time. When Lyndon arrived he met with Nanny which informed him the owners are not present unfortunately . Lyndon decided to run the appointment anyways. Lyndon took off his boots before entering the home . He spent a good 45 minutes going through the roof ,checking gutters, and any other location or locations the leak could be coming thru to make sure he did not miss anything. Upon figuring out the leak is coming from the rubber that clients built a wood deck over top of the rubber that is when Lyndon said we do not do this kind of work.Lyndon left home owner a voicemail telling him we do not do this kind of work.Lyndon even said I can stop back over to meet you to show you the area where the leak is coming from.Client has never called back to service tech or the the office. So our service tech was on time , spent 45 minutes at property tracking down where the leak was coming from inspected multiple locations , even offered to come back out to meet home owner on another day to show home owner where the issue was ,since home owner never showed up for his appointment he made with us . On top of this there was no charge to do all of this Lyndon was just being helpful and providing excellent customer service. Our motto is above and beyond because we do a little bit more than the next roofing company as we provide high level customer service and follow through which Lyndon did on this appointment and unfortunately client that never even met with us and thought we were Terrible. We can only make 99% percent of customers happy with our service. I also left homeowner a voice mail and an email and have not heard back . Best Regards, Brent Cornwell Owner"

"Unfortunately there was miss communication on this appointment. Home owner wanted other options as she was trying to cut cost. We gave her 2 other options.One one appointment the home owner was not present only the mother so our tech explained everything to the mother. Our tech told client her she has to cut back the tree so the raccoon would not be able to access the roof any longer, sounds like that did not happen as the raccoon has been back on the roof from her review. Our Tech was late to one of the appointments and once he was on site he had to go to pick up more material.This is our peak busy season and we are running up to 15 appointments per day.
